The front staff went above and beyond handling a situation for me that made my morning especially since my little girl and I were on our way to the hospital for her surgery. I thanked them for what they did since they didn't really have to do what they did.

Love this place

This hotel is okay if you want to be in downtown Peoria. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very odd design, such that we had to take our luggage cart to the second floor of one side of the building, go down long hallway, and then take another elevator up to our third floor room. Not good.

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They gave ex suggestions of places to go and their directions were spot on.

Very comfortable. Pool and hot tub on site. Breakfast was perfect. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly. Front desk staff was very accommodating during my short stay. You have to park off property across the street in a garage.

Had to be up early, vacuum was running outside my door at 7:45 pm Shower was dirty and had hair in it Light in bathroom was unscrewed because it was flashing when in Sprinkler head in bathroom was hanging Dirty on floor Knobs on light fixture screws missing so could not adjust the light angles

Very nice Hotel, very clean and conveniently located to the Peoria Civic Center. Nice little restaurant/bar located in hotel.

The room accommodations were very nice. The hotel offers wonderful food options. Quick fast service. It was within walking distance to our venue and to many restaurant options. Overall very good!

Parking is somewhat a issue other than that it’s a great place

Nice hotel overall. Location was convenient to the Civic Center. The rooms we were in was kind of an awkward layout and cramped for 4 people to move around.

Parking is $10 a day and a block away from property

This hotel was in great proximity to our weekend events. Our room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Only concern is the bathroom was quite small despite the room being large and spacious.
