Beautiful hotel in a great location, but room very small. We hear that's not uncommon in Paris/Europe, so took some getting used to. Loved the breakfasts!

Our family of four had two rooms for 3 nights prior to joining a riverboat cruise. This hotel is in a wonderful location, especially for walking to the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, wonderful cafes, shops, etc. The rooms and restaurant/terrace area are impeccably maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all questions (and arranging taxi pick up if needed). We highly recommend this hotel for the experience of a wonderful Paris neighborhood and outstanding service.

Air conditioning and elevator no working loud noise from the outside, super small room even the so call junior suite.

beautiful hotel, clean and quiet at night. room space was good enough for our luggage and to move around. front desk was very helpful. an expensive hotel but totally worth the stay. close to louvre museum and musee d' orsay. across the street has monoprix grocery which was convenient for quick snacks and beverages.

Impeccable service

Boutique hotel on a quiet neighbourhood, good to sleep. Deluxe room felt small and getting a bit outdated, but bed was very comfortable. Not so amazed about amenities in the bathroom, hand soap without smell of a brand that tries to be cool... at this category in Paris we expect to be pampered with good smells and products in a hotel. We missed having a real lobby. When we arrived the bar/restaurant was being used for a private event, so no way to just sit and unwind from the trip. This place looks more of a nice 4 stars where staff is friendly and serviced oriented. It's very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. There is also a good parking on the street, very handy if you come by car.

A friendly homey hotel with excellent service on the Left Bank. The building a bit cramped and the restaurant limited for price range. But staff makes up for this.
