Check in was extremely efficient - very appreciated after a long, long day. The room was OK, though the property could use a refresh. The convenience of being ten minutes from the IAD rental car returns, and having a gas station a block away from the hotel, significantly streamlined catching an early flight. I’ll be staying there again!

The room was very nice. The man who checked us in didn’t give us all the information we expected, like where to park, where the elevators were, or that we would have an additional hold on our credit cards. Also the ice machines were broken.

Everything seemed clean and nice, except shower had two small spiders in it.

Perfectly nice hotel - we were just there for the night. The bed is a little stiff for my liking but I had extra pillows to help. Overall easy parking, friendly staff, nice room.

Staff was great, friendly and very attentive. Simplicity was there theme, but they may have taken it a bit too seriously. Every hand sink should have hand soap. Even if you book a room for one, there should be at least 2 cups of coffee offered in the room.

Perfect as a “need a bed because my flight was cancelled and I have to be back at the airport in 6 hours” choice. No complaints

Easy online check-in. Above average inhouse breakfast options. Unfortunately the elevator closest to our room was out of service.

Great property friendly easy access to the airport

Had a wonderful stay. It was a convenient location, the people at the front desk, the security and the concierge were extremely friendly. We felt so welcome! Enjoyed the pool area as well, very clean pool. The only negative was our room was not cleaned twice in our 5 day stay. But we really didn’t need much so it was fine.

The airport shuttle was great! The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and staff was also great. Would stay again.
