Overall a great stay and a beautiful, big clean room. Only downfall is that the pool was closed for maintenance during our whole stay. Great that it was being maintained, of course. But just disappointing on a weekend getaway where the pool was a big part of planning

The lady who dealt with us was very nice and was very accommodating. It was my sister’s birthday and we got to have a ice cream as a birthday gift from the hotel so that was nice.

I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel because I had switched my booking to this hotel from another because it had a pool . When we arrived they said the pool was closed for maintenance. I asked when it might reopen and was told maybe later that night . So my 7 year son and I kept checking the pool and it never reopened . He was very disappointed because we went to this hotel so he could swim . When we looked at the pool it seemed fine except there was caution tape around two pillars near the pool and a ladder was beside it . So I don’t even know why it was closed . We switched from a cheaper hotel with free parking to this one which was $40 more expensive . We may as well kept our other one because we didn’t get to use the pool and had to pay $60 for parking on top of it .

We stayed her for a concert at Scotiabank Centre, was walking distance, nice clean hotel and helpful staff

Stayed for a concert at scotia bank center. I am handicapped in a wheelchair and was treated very well. Accommodations where made to make sure everything was perfect.

We loved our one night stay. Convenient to waterfront. Walkable. Close good restaurant The check-in was fast and the staff was.awesome. My husband had a morning conference and because I've been suffering.from cancer, they allowed me to stay until 12pm for pick up. This was so much.appreciated. Mornings are so bad for me Pain attacks me in the morning. Tony and Betty Cambridge, NS

The facilities of the hotel is average.

All over good.

Stay was great. Our carpets were still wet after a shampooing. And the hotel had no issues switching us rooms to s floor with a dry carpet. This helped with two toddlers. Dry socks are very important! So the hotel was clean and accommodating
