This place is fantastic. Staff is so nice and accommodating. Room very spacious and clean. Love the ducks. Would stay here every time I am in town.

Great room size for our dog and three adults. Loved the added touch of humour in the mugs, hand soap and door hanger.

We love staying here and can't wait to return in June. It's clean, the staff are great but the #1 reason is the ducks. My kids love the ducks so this is the hotel we can stay in when their sports bring them to Kamloops. They literally tell their team that they stay in the best hotel.

Location is great! Close to restaurants. Rooms were spotless and comfortable.

The room is clean and front desk staff is very friendly. However our original booked room is not available and the building is under renovation. No elevator is available during our stay.

Were given room facing main hwy. Very noisey, staff changed us to other side for following 2 nights. Elevator out of service, no help or offer to help with luggage, we are both 71, no prior notice of elevator re fit. Hot and cold are backwards, shower valve temp balancing valve did not work properly, cold then scalding hot

The rooms are spotless and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately the last room we had, 195, had an adjoining door to the next room that had been blocked off. There was quite a bit of residual noise from the next room. Not that the neighbors were excessively loud, I'm just very sensitive to sound. we'll make sure not to get either of those rooms next time. We've been staying here every year for almost 20 years and the only other issue we've ever had was the road noise from the highway on the other side of the building. Fortunately I travel with earplugs. The convenience of parking right outside the room, the location, very close to amenities, restaurants, anything you could need, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes Accent Inn my only choice when staying in Kamloops to visit our grown children.

From the friendly welcome by Molly at check-in, to our room being ready, to comfy bed, great location, and easy check-out, we had another great style at Accent Inn Kamloops. Happy to add another duck to our collection!

Room was very clean. Loved micro wave and air oven. Staff very accomodating. I would recommend changes to old fashion coffee machines. Put in a single user Keirig machine as most guests will bring their own favorite coffee. .
