The hotel was in a stunning location but far from any of the 3 convenience stores. They had their own on site but it was expensive compared to the others. It has the essentials but not much range. Walked 20 mins to a Lawson instead. We had a standard room which wasn't clean. There was dust on the ceilings, and mould on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom was outdated. Good shower though. The Gym, Spa and Outdoor pool you had to pay extra for which you wouldn't expect for a 4 star hotel. Outdoor pool was small and there was mould in the grouting. Ferry pier just outside was handy for Miyajima Island. The hotel is lovely from the outside but the rooms need updating/maintaining. The Superior rooms may provide a different experience however, the Standard experience not so. Free shuttle to the station was a plus.

Morgenmaden er ok , kunne være meget bedre Poolen koster penge at komme i, det er ikke i orden, det skal ikke koste noget Eller et godt hotel

A bit far from city but is quite and nice , We go in summer time the swimming pool need to be paid thats not really good as a hotel facility

クラブフロアに滞在し、部屋からの景色もよく、プールやお風呂の追加料金なしで楽しめた。 ラウンジのサービスはオールインクルーシブの他ブランドホテルと比較すると古典的。ナイトキャップは飲み物のみどうぞと言う感じでせっせと片付ける時間だった。

お食事の料金が高い上に感じたが、設備は満足と高かった

Beautiful location

Great view from the hotel room and from the restaurants. Unfortunately the seaside path was blocked by fallen debris so we couldn’t walk on to the beaches on the other side of the island. A little far from sights at the centre of town but that’s why it’s a peaceful and quiet area. Wish I had more time to explore the surrounding areas.

Rooms and floor 18 and 19 are very nice

Hotel itself was fine, however this hotel advertised several photos of an outdoor pool. I was excited to use it only to discover that it had a 3000¥ entry fee per person. Also unless you are going to Miyajima for a day trip this hotels location is also very inconvenient.

Er man medlem av silver reward så annonserer hotels.com at man skal få velkomstdrink. Det fikk man ikke. Stedet litt litt usentranlt ute på en odde. Så man trenger transport for å komme seg til ulike ting som butikkernog serverdigheter. Ligger bra til for de som vik ut på Miajima øyen

広島駅からホテルまで30分くらいかかりますが、ホテルの中は快適でした。

スタッフの皆さんが親切で丁寧でした。 2泊させていただきましたが、部屋によっては、少し古い箇所がまだありましたが、眺めの良さとスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしいので、気になりません。これからは常宿にしたいねと家族と話していました。

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Restaurants are quite pricey as well as things like laundry and other amenities at the hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The lobby is grand and exudes luxury. There are many dining options, and the public bus goes directly to the hotel entrance. Beautiful views, easy access to go to miyajima island. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again!
