Continental breakfast had only fruit as a gluten-free option. There was no egg no sausage no bacon.

Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast! A great spot for a last minute London stay that was budget friendly. We stayed with our kids. Lots of options for breakfast for them too.

Mattress was u-shaped. Next door to the house of Hope.

Good value for money

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The room had a lighter left behind from the previous guest and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The carpets and floors had stains and was very dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom. Overall the room was dirty. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent.

Good Location

The hotel and room were good enough. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.

Was very concerned when we pulled up to see a homeless shelter adjacent to the property and numerous homeless outside beside the hotel. I told the Front desk that I would only be parking in the underground gated parking based on safety concerns. Unfortunately based on the immediate surroundings I would not be booking again at this location.

Property is dated. There was duct tape holding down the carpet The toilet was not flushing properly. Parking was convenient and the bed was clean. Breakfast was basic.

Good quality for the price

the breakfast had a lot to offer so i was impressed with that for sure..the staff were friendly..was nice to have underground parking though didnt realize we had to pay to park if underground or outside but location was good with restaurant right across the street which was very good..the room was a good size and had everything we needed including a hair dryer

The rooms were clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, parking garage is pretty small
