Pas de chauffage. Vous imaginez le 10 novembre sans chauffage. J ai alerté le 2eme soir, on m a dit qu il avais été coupé volontairement. Inadmissible

La chambre 704 était propre, flexible de douche un peu court, très bon accueil, parking souterrain sécurisé

Hotel was fine. Near to the cathedral. Rooms OK but hot even with the AC on Breakfast choice was good but at the weekend way too busy. Difficult to find a table. Coffee machines constantly breaking down and NO CROISSANTS after 9.15 am

Easy walk to the cathedral, tram A to the airport and several busses nearby. Close to the library. Noise because it was next to the fire fighters station. They offer a free drink per person at the bar if you forego the room cleaning. We took advantage of that, included wine or a beer, quite nice. The barman was also really nice to our 2 and 4 years old. The breakfast was nice, but mobbed, the poor staff had a hard time keeping up with the supplies. We were allowed to check out 1h late, which was appreciated.

Boa localização mas não foi possivel andar de bicicleta pois por dois dias argumentaram que o tecnico não estava lá pra liberar as mesmas. Isto tendo reservado e confirmado de vespera com a recepção do Ibis. Se não se pode fornecer a bicicleta, melhor não oferecer o serviço no hotel. Assim, o hospede procurará diretamente o estabelecimento que o faz!!

Stationnement payant mais accessible, bon accueil, chambres assez vielles et en pas très bon état mais lit confortable. Par contre douche catastrophique : la température varie de glacé à brulant toutes les secondes, impossible de se doucher correctement.

Dans l'ensemble c'était un bon séjour. On reviendra. Mais si il faut vraiment être honnête (dans le but d'améliorer la prestation...) le lit était mal fait, il y avait plein de tache sur la porte des WC et le support de la pomme de douche ne tenait pas. Merci de ne pas mettre ce commentaire en ligne, ce n'est pas le but. C'est vraiment pour vous. Mais nous reviendrons car nous sommes contentes de l'hôtel et du rapport qualité prix.

Très bon séjour. Le seul bémol, un peu chaud dans la chambre
