Solo quiero saber porqué tuve que pagar en el hotel si ya me habían cobrado en expedia, es decir que me hicieron doble cargo

Siempre nos hospedamos es un lugar agradable y bien ubicado

Tiene un ambiente clásico, confortable, seguro y con clase creo q pueden mejorar en su sistema de recepción haciendo a un lado tanto papel y pasar a entornos más tecnológico.., el costo vs servicio es alto pero hay buenos momentos donde uno puede encontrar un buen precio.

Hotel bem localizado, boas estruturas mas falta treinamento para a equipe de recepção e restaurante . São robotizados, não são amáveis e não estão treinados para solucionar pequenos problemas que com um pouco de atitude poderiam ser resolvidos.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. They make sure you always have water bottles in the room, small detail but things like this can make a difference.

Very good food. Good location. Friendly staff. The rooms need renovation. They differ a lot amongst them. Also better blackouts. Bed is comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic in every way! Highly recommend. Not just clean, but elegant, and very helpful hotel staff. Location is also very hard to beat.

El personal es súper amable y fue atento a las necesidades que tuve, pero lo mejor de todo fue la cama, súper cómoda y muy suave.

Only people at the restaurant and at the door was nice and welcoming. Reception staff horrible we asked for coffe for coffe machine everyday nothing came in or offered. We even tried to buy coffe from them still noone brought anything to room only ice once. Their tea coffee service disgusting only between 5am to 7am and they served cold coffee. Whole hotel old seems clean but not at all rusty shower broken things in the bathroom etc. after once in pool we never went again it smelled disgusting. Pay more or less for different hotel this place not worth it.
