At the original check in, the room we were offered already had people staying in the room. Once this was resolved and we got a new room the room we were given was in pretty rough shape. Paint was peeling, the tub faucet had a constant trickle, and the was what looked like a melted starburst on the floor next to the bed. The alarm clock and outlets in the nightstand next to the bed were plugged into an outlet that was switch controlled. Meaning you couldn't set the clock or charge your phone unless the lights were on. I didn't take a lot of photos, but I wanted to make sure we didn't get charged for damage. Overall the bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was friendly but will not be staying there again.

we only needed a bed for the night. the beds were clean enough. the room was not clean at all. i walked on the floor barefooted and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. the bathroom door did not close right. the hair dryer had no electric to it. the baseboard around the floor is coming off and full of filth. the only staff we saw was at check in. good experience there very nice and friendly. as they say you get what you payed for. i will not be coming back there.

The location suited the reason we were there and we had a place to stay.

The hotel room we were given had a toilet leak and the floor was wet and got worse if you flushed. The room was not clean but did have an overwhelming scent of bleach that made our eye burn, it was sooo strong. We were not given the option to move rooms but someone came and put a bucket where the toilet was leaking to keep it from going all over the floor.

The property was fine. There was a leak around the tub. The bed was comfortable

Smoke detector was hanging out the wall, walls had stains everywhere, tray under mini fridge was cracked, shower wall had hair in/on it.

Was 2.5 miles from the Ohio convention center. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I am very happy that pillows were not flat. Good amenities in the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The water in the shower was hot. Adequate parking right outside the room. Check-in/check out process was very easy. The receptionist had great customer service. Breakfast was from 6:30 AM till 9:30 AM. Included a variety of muffins, danishes bread, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and hot waffles. Room was quiet and could get a good nights sleep. Nice area easy to navigate.

Very very very noisy. Black rings in the bath tub and floor. They do not know how to clean. It is seriously run down which probably does not help ability to clean.

Love the shirt walk tonthebroom and how neat and ckean the room ans area was

There was a lot of snow on the ground so I really couldn’t get a true sense of the property plus it was windy and cold and I didn’t too much time outside.

good stay

Our stay was ok. The staff was nice. The place itself was ok too. The service could be better. I asked for some towels, took them an hour+ to bring some clean towels. Breakfast wasn't much of choices. Overall, it was an ok stay.

It was close enough to Ohio State to make a long walk to the football game. Rooms were OK but not super clean but fine for guys going to the game.

The bathroom did not have grab bars in the shower which is a serious health hazard. I am currently disabled and was very disappointed, especially since the pictures of the property showed grab bars. The room interior is very dated and not the cleanest. Disappointing for a Wyndham property.
