The wifi was good. The view of the blooming trees on the property were very beautiful. The pool was a little chilly but still nice and refreshing. Staff and room clean

Gorgeous place - super clean & elegant. ALL the staff are friendly/helpful and wonderful. The restaurant has awesome food, especially the garden omlette. (Yum). Access to free water & ice 24/7 is excellent - bring your own bottle ☺️. A very caring, safe & friendly place. WE will be back. Loved our visit. Dawn & Gene

The room was fine and had a greta view of the harbour area and mountains beyond. All was good aside from noisy air conditioner/heater fan - had to turn it off and even then still made a noise in the night

BEAUITFUL place very quiet and a great place to relax. The Resturant amazing and an elegant place to eat with the hostess ans servers completly welcoming . The view will speak for itself. Would definitely stay again .

Wonderfully kept property. Beautiful view of the inner harbour. It’s quiet, tranquil and the Erickson wing is stunning. The restaurant and cafes were also delicious and well priced. Our trip was simply too short!

Great location to access all Downtown Victoria amenities. Enjoyed having waterfront room.
