The free wifi was terrible. Impossible to do anything, even basic things like google maps or instant messaging. So I paid 6 Eur extra for a faster connection, and it improved somewhat but was still mediocre (unable to stream 720p). Then, after an hour, the hotel's entire network went down. Reception did not understand my issue and kept giving me free wifi password. After difficulty explaining, I asked the staff to try connecting with their own devices, until finally they understood that their network was down. They tried to contact the ISP but to no avail there was nothing for around 6 hours. I had to cancel my video conference with my colleagues. You can imagine how I would feel about paying extra for nothing and having my meeting cancelled. The phone in our room wasn't working as well. However, room and bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really good. But some daily variation would be welcomed. Some of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Some did not look happy even to just talk, which was quite annoying. If you are business travelling, this hotel might not be for you.

Bellissimo hotel vicinissimo alla stazione comodo x viaggiare. Camera spaziosa letto matrimoniale comodissimo canali Sky . Colazione Continentale fornita di tutto dolce e salato. Cena in hotel con un menù alla carta con piatti tradizionali Liguria. Consigliatissimo.

La stanza era nuova ma calda. Abbiamo chiesto di riaccenderla ed e’ venuto in camera un addetto. Ha provato ma non ha funzionato. Abbiamo dovuto aprire su suo consiglio la finestra ma non abbiamo dormito per vie del rumore del traffico. Un soggiorno deludente

Diese Hotel ist sehr modern, und sehr sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer und es war wirklich sehr sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Es lohnt sich wirklich sehr sich für dieses Hotel zu entscheiden.

The hotel is very modern with clean rooms and great staff. Full buffet breakfast and located near a metro stop for conveniently getting around.

Hotel moderno e muito confortável. Café da manhã muito completo, mas cobrado a parte, o valor é justo. Localização excelente, perto do centro histórico e da estação Genova Brignole, de onde partem trens para toda a Itália.

Hôtel très confortable à côté de la Gare (attention pas la gare centrale de Gênes) et très bien situé comme point de départ pour une visite touristique de la ville. Personnel parfait et très accueillant Petit bémol pour le petit déj en dessous de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôtel de ce standing.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Leider bekam ich trotz meiner Buchung eines Doppelbettes ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
