The hotel and attached restaurant were very nice. Walkable distance to the metro so easy to get around. Unfortunately, the walls were thin and we were able to hear our neighbor’s every move.

Quiet hotel in a nice, walkable neighborhood within minutes from subway station that takes you to the historic center and Prado within 15 min. We have used this hotel twice already and plan to come back when visiting Madrid.

Excelente hotel, cerca de metro Esperanza lo cual lo vuelve conveniente si vas uno al aeropuerto por metro, en un barrio muy tranquilo y con buenas amenidades

Hôtel qui ne mérite selon moi pas ses 4 étoiles. Chambre au rez de chaussée accessible par un mini sas contiguë à l'ascenseur que l'on entend monter et descendre. Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres et donc très bruyant. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Mais le réapprovisionnement des sachets de thé ou de café n'est pas assuré sur la période des 3 jours que l'on a passé. Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et assez cossu. Métro à 5 minutes à pied

Nice clean rooms and safe and quiet neighborhood

This is a very good hotel little bit far from the main Madrid downtown and other attractions. Breakfast and other amenities in hotel are excellent. Staff is friendly too.

Gostei muito do hotel, confortável e próximo ao metrô. Da para ir a pé, e também tem um supermercado ao lado . Recomendo

Despite its somewhat Spartan blocky exterior this is a friendly, comfortable, well appointed hotel in a leafy residential area just outside the busy city centre and close to a small mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.
