Was clean and great stay

Friendly staff, breakfast was well stocked. Could hear the noisy highway as our room was on the highway side of the building. Hot tub was out of order.

Needs to be updated badly. Carpet matted & dirty esp in hallway & entrance. Not enough outlets in room to plug in electronics. Furniture very well used. Some windows esp in pool area were cracked. Needed good window washing inside and OUT!!! Dusty. Room itself. Bed comfy and neat. Basic breakfast but didn’t expect any more Pool area needs update. Hot tub out of order. Staff friendly.

Hotel needs a renovation

The reception was great. She was very helpful for us. The beds were awesome. We didn’t have breakfast as we had to leave but I’d recommend this place for sure.

It was filthy there. Nothing has ever been pulled out and cleaned properly. Lightbulbs are also out I couldn’t plug my CPAP in because the plug-in didn’t work. It is really ran down like in the 50s.No one at the front desk to help you. Went down a few times to see instead she was outside the door smoking pot. Very disappointed

Had a non smoking room on the first floor but everything smelled like smoke . Rooms need to be updated. Frayed carpet Lights not working Staff however were friendly and courteous

The room had a very strong odour of cigarette smoke. There was pink mould on tile grout and silicone caulking bath tub!

Bathtub had pink mould on tile grout and black mould in the corner of tub on the silicone caulking, the caulking was also coming away from the tub. The curtains were in disrepair. Even though the room was quite worn, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell when we arrived, which made the stay uncomfortable from the beginning. The carpet near the entrance of the room was worn out and uneven, creating both discomfort and a potential safety concern. To make matters worse, the electricity went out during our stay, which was very inconvenient. When I spoke to the front desk about my concerns, the response was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or showing empathy, the staff member immediately asked if I wanted a discount. I understand that issues can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the poor maintenance, unpleasant room conditions, power outage, and lack of customer service made this a disappointing experience. I hope the hotel addresses these problems to improve future guests' stays.

Clean room very dated building

The a/c unit didn't work, the shower curtain smelled musty, there were no blackout curtains, therefore the room wasn't darkened at night and we heard all the noise from the traffic and train station. Only managed 3 hours of sleep.

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. We were here for a very short stay and this hotel served it's purpose. The first thing we noticed was the smell of the old carpets in the stairway, but the room was fresh and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard continental with waffle makers, bagels/bread for toast and a few hot items. Overall this place is fine if you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night.

Need renovation

This was in a perfect location. Pool was clean. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was amazing. Stuff were very friendly and helpful.
