It’s good for what it’s for - a good night stay somewhere when traveling.

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and the staff were very pleasant.

Stated 2 nights, after first night went to front desk to get new pillows, 1 was flat and 2 were so lumpy it was hard to sleep. Went out for day and they not only had not replaced pillows they never even made the bed. Went back to frint desk to ask about pillows and they said couldn't do anything about them this evening.

Absolutely worst experience!! The absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered, nothing seemed clean, overall hotel in disrepair, my door wouldn't shut properly without force, my kids didnt want to be in pool or water slide because they said it felt dirty. Advertised arcade room had a few retro games all were broken. I will spare you the details of the condition and quality of the so called breakfast experience. We did not stay our second night! Demanded to be refunded for the second night and booked elsewhere!! I highly recommend NOT booking here!!

Room was okay and front desk was helpful. Breakfast was terrible, the lady was watching people like a hawk. Show was not friendly and welcoming. People on the other room was very noisy early in the morning.

U cant get a room with out a credit card and u cant use ur visa debit cards here or a pre payed visa card either

Nice hotel for travelling with kids and pets. Close to West Edmonton mall.. nice pet area. Breakfast is good but a little congested for the size. Will stay there again.

Bathroom was gross, pool area barely tried. Then the fire alarm went off, with no real reason… and apparently happens often

The security guard entered my room while I was out for a cigarette on 2 occasions. Didn't have a reason, didn't tell me. Creepy guy. One Friday night there were people partying in the hall for 5 hours and he did NOTHING

The room was very clean and room had a mini fridge and microwave. The building is old with thin walls and dated decor/furniturey. We had trouble getting into our room because the key card wouldn’t work properly. The hotel staff were helpful when sorting it out but it was annoying to deal with. Overall it was what we expected for the price and was a solid budget option.

This is a great hotel and I love the little dog park in yhe middle, it makes it very safe to take the dog out.

The hotell is terible they let homeless people stay in the lobby. The hottub was not working nor did they have anybody tring to fix it. All around dismal experience. Do not stay here its not worth the small savings
