So if you are a part of a gang and drug dealer or lady of the night this is perfect. I am so thankful for the young woman working the desk. She knew instantly I didn't belong there. I was visiting my person in the hospital and thank God she canceled it because I would have not slept. It is such a shame because this hotel is in a perfect area. If you could get rid of the gangs, drugs, and everything else that follows it could be great. It absolutely needs a complete reno, super deep cleaning or knock down..I cant imagine anything be really clean no matter how diligent the staff are.. The people that occupy or rent rooms are probably all wanted by the police. Why do the owners have to deal with this if they don't want to. Edmonton police and legislation should be helping these business owners with these horrific places that look good on hotel ads. They are completely a danger to real honest families or single women looking for a nice hotel on a budget. I felt dirty just walking into this place. There was a creepy guy staring at me the whole way in and when I was running as fast as could out. I really don't understand how the company of.this hotel let such a young woman be by herself.

1st off the pictures that are posted are not accurate, don't be fooled! I've stayed in a lot of older hotels that were clean and done up nice...this was not just old it was falling apart, bathroom had cigarette burns in the shower, toilet, sink. The bathtub drain plug was rusted right out, tap for sink was hardly attached and was a fight to have it even work. Pillows felt like they were filled with socks, beds where you can count every coil. They again market them as queen sized beds but were doubles at best. The picture displayed for the continental breakfast was from from that, what you got, very much a room with zero to little effort for comfort and or offerings, dry cereal and a few hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Again DO NOT be fooled by the pictures it is very deceiving and inaccurate.

Very misleading representation of this property. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The property is extremely run-down, and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The hallways and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. My room had large stains on the carpet, and even the lampshade was visibly stained and dirty. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and nothing like what was advertised. I would not stay here again and would absolutely not recommend it to others. If you value cleanliness and comfort, please find a different hotel.

Staff were very helpful and kind and the location was perfect for our needs. The elevator was not working while we were there and the stairwells were very hot with huge windows. On the day it rained it was clear that there was some leaking happening around the windows in the stairwell. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of service. There seems to be some maintenance needed, but overall we were comfortable and the room was clean and met our needs. For the low price I would stay there again.

I feel like we were catfished by this hotel! The photos they use on Expedia are NOTHING like what the hotel look like!!! Our room was disgusting and smelled like something had died in it, there were burns in the carpet and was so dirty I didn’t even want to stay there. I asked the front desk if we could get a new room which she did provide. It was a tiny bit better but the beds were horrible! Everything was so dirty. The gym floor was the worst I’ve seen (didn’t use it) The continental breakfast was very minimal and was not able to find coffee which was very odd but maybe for the best! I would NOT recommend staying at this place even if the rooms were free!! Save your money and book somewhere else!

Friendly staff.

Stayed here for one night, staff was nice and had no issues. Has a few things at breakfast to eat, rooms were clean. Only problem I had, things were stolen out of my truck box overnight being parked in the hotel parking..

Floors were filthy. Tv is a terrible system needing codes to put in to change channel. Dirty & old .sink was rusty . Needs updating badly

Some one had to have been in my room when I was gone. A bottle of shampoo appeared in the bathroom that wasn’t mine.

we went during a convention and the elevators weren’t working and one of the front staff helped us with our bags up to the 3rd floor !! then when the vending machine ate our change, we got a refund from the front desk !!! awesome. our last night has heavy downpour and again the front gave us garbage bags for shelter. great people working there !!

You get what you pay for. For one night, or if you are on a budget, it's fine. AC a little weak, especially in hot weather.

First time staying at the hotel. staff was friendly room was clean, bed was very comfortable along with the pillows, the only real issue I had was the AC. room was too warm even at max cooling without options to turn it off. nonetheless I enjoy my stay. breakfast was basic but good to get you going. Definitely going back again.

This hotel needs to be updated, its very old and musky and the matresses are very damaged. If they replaced the carpets and updated the rooms it would be awesome. The location is perfect though. It does have air con, but its ancient and weak. Staff were fine. Room was as clean as a early 2000s room can be I guess.

Apparently I accidentally booked a hotel I’ve stayed at before almost a year ago. I wish the app would show previous stays, ratings, and reviews so it’s easier to remember whether it’s somewhere worth returning. As for the hotel itself, it’s cheaper than most, which reflects its condition. If you’re okay with an older, rundown hotel at a lower price, this is a reasonable option. We don’t spend much time in the room beyond showering and sleeping, so we’d most likely stay again for the savings. That said, the hotel definitely needs a major refresh. It’s dated, not perfectly clean, and has stains, patch jobs, damage, poor lighting, a stale/smoky smell, and very lumpy pillows. Soundproofing is also poor; could hear our neighbour’s TV until midnight and traffic outside sounded like a NASCAR race at 1 a.m. On the plus side, there’s plenty of free parking. The elevator, pool, and hot tub were all out of service, and based on other reviews, they’ve been unavailable for quite some time. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Staff were friendly, although I wasn’t given the Wi-Fi password or breakfast hours. The bed was reasonably comfortable, aside from the pillows. Breakfast is very basic: toast, bagels, donuts, cereal, yogurt, soft-boiled eggs, apples, oranges, oatmeal, plus coffee, tea, milk, water, apple juice, orange juice, and lemonade.

This hotel is old, beds are hard like a rock. Furniture is old. Everytime i travel i alway disinfect the rooms and you should off seen how dirty it was. I will never book there. Stay away

The air conditioning system performed exceptionally well. The hotel's facilities were of a high standard. We were particularly impressed with the entire staff.

I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Its convenient location made it easy to reach the attractions and destinations I planned to visit.😊
