This days in is not well maintained! It's like they are going to tear it down soon? The parking lot is all potholes! I guess you get what you pay for,would never stay here again!

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in and was completely overpriced for the condition it was in. The floors were dirty, there was dust everywhere, stains on the walls, and the room was clearly not properly maintained. The door would not close unless it was slammed shut, and one of the pillows even had blood stains on it. The photos online are very misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. The pool area was unsupervised, and adults were openly drinking and behaving inappropriately while families with children were present. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s a very well used property! Beyond needing a renovation. It’s located perfectly and it’s a get what you pay for kinda place. Staff is always nice! Across from the mall and usually under 100$ with taxes and only $100 deposit required. It’s great for a one nite stay.

Not well maintained hotel. Outside and inside was run down, everything from broken door latches to paint on floors. Had to request room cleaning service otherwise they would not come during our 5 night stay. No furniture for 4 adults in room except for 2 bed and one office chair/desk. Only good thing was the beds which were very comfortable and the price. Everything else was a disappointment.

DIRTY! Extremely dirty! Smelly and very loud. Staff was not hospitable. Below bare minimum. Once in the room the toilet was soiled, bed was stained with what looked like blood. Just disgusting. Didn’t stay, I could not put my family in that situation, staying at a disgusting hotel. Close this place or clean it up!! Health risk for everyone who comes in there!

If this was advertised as a motel then I would give better review but as a hotel and charging pretty high price, it is quite poor. Everything is extremely old and sketchy. It's like a 1 star hotel maybe.

Air conditioner was not cold and ask for wash rags and never did get any and overall it was an okay place

Unfortunately we were travelling from Toronto so had no idea where we would be. What a mistake. There was lots of parking - no problem there. Breakfast wasn’t included but the restaurant on site was good. The food was plentiful and the staff there was good. The hotel part, though, was very old and unkempt. There were no grab bars in the bathtub, so it felt unsafe. My husband didn’t even shower because it was too scary. We were in a room with a king bed and a couch. We couldn’t sit on the couch because it looked too dirty. Needless to say, I would not recommend staying at this place.
