Rooms are in desperate need of paint and am upgrade.

The room was clean, but the washroom was a bit questionable, especially the tub. I think it was more staining than dirty, but either way, it wasnt very appealing. Staff was alright...not overly friendy. The parking lot was not plowed properly, so it felt like we were driving through pot holes. The location is great! Boston Pizza is right next door, and theres a mall with a Walmart directly across the street.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear full conversations next door all night. The black out curtains didn't close properly. The balcony is shared and when the neighbours are out there it's loud enough as if they are in my room. The place needs updating big time. Caulking around the AC unit and main doorway. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Oh and the doors in multiple units need to be pushed hard to close so almost a slamming and banging effect. Not good for sleeping. Other than that all was good.

There was mold in the room. If you look in the old ac unit it’s full of mold spores. The paint on the walls were chipping off in the room. Our bathroom door did not close all the way so we didn’t have full privacy. The room also smelt musty not clean. We all woke up with sore throats.

Room was in disrepair. Ceiling showed sign of leaks with pealing paint. Wallpaper was peeling. An office chair randomly in room with no desk. No amenities. Just a bar of soap. Nowhere to even get a bottle of water. Hallway disgusting. Spilled milk or whatever. Hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long when. Towels very small and thin. Room was lacking in so many ways. There used to be art on the walls, but just empty nails. Pillows were awful. Foam and lumpy.

Room was worn, tired looking.

The equipment is a bit old, but overall, it is quite good.

Staff were great. Room was clean but it was very worn. Not returning, even if last minute booking.

Arrived to find police and ambulance. Had to speak to police to make sure property was safe. Girl at front desk not knowledgeable about area surrounding hotel. She was alone at front desk and it took forever to check in! Next morning, someone entered my room, it was housekeeping. I was later told that they showed i checked out. I did not check out, and made sure checkout was 11am. And, at around 9, i went and got a coffee from the breakfast area which should have been free, i was charged $2.50 Also, you shouldn't allow people who are not guests to hang out in lobby area! won't stay here again!

When we arrived we were given a room that was very close to a room that had been damaged by some previous guests. Apparently a fight broke out, there was significant damage to the room, even involving the microwave being smashed and thrown out into the parking lot. Broken glass and smell of fire in hallway of the room we were given. We went back and notified the staff that we didnt exactly feel comfortable in that room and they gave us another room. Room was supposedly updated but the work was very shoddy, paint peeling, flooring gaps, finish issues throughout. Strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and the room itself. Someone had tied a garbage bag around the smoke detector in the room, presumably to smoke in without being caught. The toilet was in very poor condition and the seat was a cushion style seat that was not attached to the bowl. All in all we were very unimpressed with the room and we decided to only stay one night instead of the 3 we had planned. To their credit, they did not charge us an early departure fee.

You get what you pay for a place to lay your head for the night. No complaints.

The room was spotless. Receptionist was curteous. He was willing to give me a different room when the first one had an issue with a faucet.

yes very neglected needs lots of work to bring it up to standard. Had to go to the front desk someone in our wing was smashing fixtures. the police had to be called..

Room was not completely clean

Empty chip bag in one of the drawers, what looked like facial hair trimmings in the bathroom sink, we needed a cot and could not be brought one because they said they couldn’t manage lifting it to get it to our room. We also found a METH PIPE in the washing machine when going to do laundry. We also found someone’s sock between the nightstand and bed. We also had one night where someone was going around trying to open all doors and banging on doors . Were were told this had been a regular occurance for the previous week with people coming into the hotel that weren’t staying there trying to get into rooms. It didn’t feel safe.

Staff is always nice..good amenities restaurant on site.

Walls are paper thin and it gets super loud. Was there for 3 nights and room was never cleaned or towels refreshed and was never told no one wouldnt be by.

There was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke, the cleanliness was poor, the maintenance and upkeep of the walls, door, bathrooms, left little to be desired.

The room looked great! The staff were very friendly and accomidating too
