The hotel only cleans the room once every 3 days. If you want to change dirty towels, you have to bring them down to the front desk. It's really inconvenient. At first, I booked a room and they gave me room 131, but the room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator like the advertised picture. I was disappointed. I changed to room 134 to have these two devices with a fee of + $10 a day. But this room had a musty smell, the carpet was wet, there was no coffee maker, cups, etc. Compared to the room rate of $189 + $10, it was completely not worth it. Overall, I was completely disappointed and didn't dare to come back a second time.

The room smelled like cat pee, door locks were poor and keys did not work half of the time. No TV. Air conditioner leak. Tooth brush went straight down the drains. Not enough towels.

It was cheap and after we got there we knew why. Wasnt the cleanist and was only provided one washcloth for a two person stay. Pictures posted on site are deceiving. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed one night for a concert at metlife. The room was good for what it was needed foor. Decent price clean room comfortable bed. Pillows were terrible.

Hotel is not so well maintained. We had spider web in hotel room and we asked 3 times in 4 night stays to clean it but still it was not cleaned at all. Also, there is no lock to bathroom. Also, whenever I asked for something to desk, they always asked to come to desk and come to pick up so, not at all good experience.

Great stay for concerts at Metlife

O Hotel é muito bom, seguro, limpo e tem ótimo atendimento 24h. Para quem vai ficar em Jersey ele requer carro porque o comércio em geral é longe. Pontos de ônibus que atendem. Quem quer ficar para ir à Nova York é uma boa opção para ir de ônibus a times square. Excelente. Para o estádio, apesar de estar a 2 minutos, somente por carro ou Uber. No geral é muito bom.

Good stay overall. You get what you pay offer, but I must say it was better to this other 4 star hotel that I stayed at.

The hotel it has the bare necessities of a hotel. Facilities are not super great but are acceptable enough. Staff however was very nice and helpful the entire time.

Friendly staff

Room was clean. Carpets were vacuumed but need shampooing; son’s feet were black from just walking in room barefoot. Only 1 washcloth in room with 2 double beds.

The stay was good, my husband like the bed but I did like it to much since I sleep o my side it hurts but I can live with that. As long as my husband slept that’s good. Everything else was good. Have some place to get coffee n anything else for breakfast is good.
