I really enjoyed my stay at Almacruz. The staff is amazing!

The hotel was as described on the website . The hotel was kind enough to give early checkin without charge. Most of the tourist locations in central is walkable.

Good hote of convenient location though a bit old.

la verdad es que le falta un poco de mantencion, no tienen cuidado en los detalles. por ejemplo, al ducharse mi hijo, se lavó el pelo con jabón, estaban cambiadas las botellas que tienen fijas en el baño , el shampoo en el lavamanos y el jabón al lado del acondicionador, con las etiquetas hacia la pared, room service la bandeja en mal estado, y la pizza desabrida

Staff are friendly and professional. Just as the reviews all say, breakfast buffet is plentiful! We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Room was basic but clean, atmosphere in the common areas (lobby, etc) is like something from another time!

The hotel has very few restaurants nearby but is within easy walking distance to metro and bus stops. The hotel itself is rather tired looking and the rooms could use some renovations. The included, self-serve breakfast had hot and cold items, including delicious fresh fruit. The work staff worked hard to keep it stocked but were often running behind due to the large number of people. The next time we go to Santiago we will probably choose to stay in Lastarria neighborhood as it has interesting shops and many restaurants.

Carpet was worn and stained but room was clean.

Hotel staff, from front desk to bell staff, were friendly and helpful even though I don’t speak Spanish.

Beautiful hotel, located in the historical center of Santiago. Elegant interior and the breakfast can satisfy any sophisticated taste. Plus the stuff is very friendly. I can highly recommend it! .

Quero destacar o café da manhã, que é muito bom! Atendimento ótimo! Quarto e banheiro limpos! Enfim, a hospedagem foi muito agradável. Ficamos 7 noites e não temos nenhuma reclamação.

Das Almacruz Hotel in Santiago kann ich nur empfehlen ! Zimmer und Bad völlig in Ordnung, das Frühstück ist klasse. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool Der Service ist echt klasse und das Restaurant auch Ein Mitreisender hatte Geburtstag und als ich nach einer Kerze fragte, kam eine schöne Überraschung

suite indica tina de hidromasaje privada, es erroneo la tina no cuenta con tapón por lo que no se puede usar alimentos, limpieza y servicio muy bien

O hotel é relativamente antigo, os quartos são médios, não deixam muito a desejar, mas não tem de mais. O ar condicionado às vezes não gelava o quarto direito, o carpete é meio velho e o banheiro também. O café da manhã é um pouco fraco, tem boas opções de pães mas só isso. A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa, todos educados e prestativos, a decoração do lobby também é muito boa. A localização é muito boa, a parte do centro da para fazer andando e é perto do transporte público, a noite fica meio estranho as ruas próximas, mas pela manhã é bem seguro.

Cafe da manhã excelente e farro Hotel antigo mais bem conservado Localidade excelente para os passeios nos principais pontos de Santiago e fácil acesso ao metro. Para sair à noite usamos Uber.

Good place to stay right downtown. But, like any large city you need to be careful. Lots of shopping and historical sites all within walking distance. Property is a little tired but very clean with super interesting decor. Overall a good spot for a 30 hour layover!
