We had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean overall, though perhaps a little more attention should be given to the carpet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the main train station, and there are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. I got a good deal when I booked the room. Therefore, it was great value for money.

Zimmer in Ordnung und ausreichend groß. Lage des Hotels super, Bahnhof und Alster fußläufig erreichbar. Leider war es sehr warm. Es gab nur eine große Bettdecke im Doppelbett. Das Bett selbst war sehr hart und unbequem. Das WLAN war nicht sehr gut

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent only about a 10-minute walk from the central station and roughly 10–15 minutes on foot to the main shopping street and Rathaus Square. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety ranging from fresh waffles to the classic bacon and eggs. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Godt hotel til prisen, personalet mangler smil. Personalet til morgenmaden, virkeder som om de ikke har lyst til at være der.

Et lille udset hotel, meget lille værelse som i den grad trænger til at blive opdateret, og det gælder både værelse og toilettet

Die Alster ist vom Hotel zu sehen und nur ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch das Alsterhaus und den Jungfernstieg kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke und somit gibt es eine super Verkehrsanbindung.
