Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. The hotel is located directly across the street from The Atlantic Hotel and we felt classy being here. It was about a 10-minute walk to the Hbf

É um hotel padrão ÍBIS que atende às necessidades básicas. O enxoval era de boa qualidade, quarto bem iluminado e limpo, chuveiro bom e bom café da manhã. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos.

Personnel accueillant. Hôtel très de base. Le shampoing offert était un 3-en-1, soit shampoing, revitalisant et gel pour le corps. Il n’y avait pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain et le jet de douche fixait le mur. Il était impossible de le mettre au milieu sans le tenir. Je recommande pour un coût séjour.

Bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt worden. Konnten schon früher ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber. Mir fehlte ein Kleiderschrank. Aber da wir nur 2 Übernachtungen hatten, hatten unsere Sachen Platz auf der Garderobe. Daher ein Stern abzu in der Ausstattung. Frühstück war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Außerdem gab es einen kostenlosen Wasserspender.

Waren schon öfters hier und immer zufrieden.

God beliggenhed tæt på hovedbanegården. Rengøring fin, men værelset var lille med meget begrænset aflægningsplads.

I picked this hotel mostly because of location and parking with chargers, but the parking is currently closed with no alternative options. Meaning I had to park 15min away at the train station, and didn't get to charge my car.. Had I known the parking was closed, I would not have stayed here. There is also no way to regulate temperature here besides opening the window, but the constant train noise ment the window had to stay shut, and they kept the room at way to warm for me.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Firm beds and ok breakfast. But the noise from the railroad tracks will make us look for something else next time.

Terrible one night stay at Ibis Hamburg Alster Hotels Terrible experience at a one night stay at one of Ibis Hotels “Ibis Hamburg Alster Hotels”. There were so many things being disappointed about making it hard to list them all. Such as - The elevator was so slow, and at one time it stopped completely with a bump - like it was broken. We ended up taking the stairs most of the times. - We were specifically looking for a hotel with parking opportunities, but when we got there their parking basement were under construction. Which we have not been notified about beforehand. So we had to park our car 5 minutes away in a very expensive parking lot. Adding to the costs of staying at the hotel. - The duvet was made of synthetic plastic making it horrible and very hot to sleep with as your body could not breath through it. We ended up taking the duvet out of the bed sheet in order for us to sleep af bit in a better temperature. - The aircondition was terrible and turned of several times even when it was still hot in the room. We got so little sleep due to the above described conditions and we were only staying one night since it was just a break before travelling to Italy It’s rarely that I’m this disappointed about a hotel. Look out for ibis hotels - not worth saving a bit. Go for a bit more. expensive hotel and get a better stay. Everything else in Hamborg was great though.
