Hotel was run down, shower was leaking every time I used it. The hallways smelled like smoke. I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and do not recommend anyone to stay at.

Good location

Second stop here in 8 days. Convenient to have kitchen in room. Looked like tile in bathroom was new! The shower curtain fit the tub this time. Easy to travel here with pet a great bit go or the money. Front desk folks are very friendly — they make you feel like old friends. Thank you for being pleasant.

I will never stay here and I would advise against anyone else doing so as they have no compassior understand. Ing!! They're policy of charging a $100 to Check-in early is more important than the safety of a guest in triple digit temperatures

The room we stayed in needed a deep clean especially around the windows. The door to the bathroom was a wooden door. The veneer was pealing and the door dragged across the bathroom floor. I had to lift it by the handle to open it the whole way.

Did not enjoy the overall vibe of this place. The hallway smelled terrible, very strong cigarette scent despite the large no smoking sign at check in. It was very old and worn looking everywhere. The room was decently cleaned, though some of the dishes were not. They do not provide dishwasher detergent so I had to hand wash dishes instead, which was disappointing. They also were using the luggage carts to haul out their garbage to the dumpster which was gross. It’s not the worst hotel ever, but it left a lot to be desired.

Very tired property in need of more than just lipstick reno. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they can't make miracles happen. Internet was terrible; it kept dropping out and I could only manage to connect one device at a time. Not exactly convenient for a business traveler.

I liked that the property had a volleyball and basketball court's. And they hotel was very clean.

1st room given was not clean. Was promised 5k points for compensation but to date 3 weeks later has not been received. Very rude front desk staff. Not very accomodating.

The floor in our room had not been vacuumed or swept. The ceiling in the bathroom had chipped and bubbled paint, and it was the source of the debris on the room's floor. I let the front desk know and the manager on duty came up and vacuumed the room for us, which was appreciated, as was his apology, but isn't this hotel cleanliness 101 kind of stuff?
