The hotel was okay for cleanliness, it was not up to my standards. There bathroom fixtures were dusty and there were long hairs hanging from it. There was chipping inside of the bath tub and at first sight it apears to be dirt in thr bath tub. The hotel provided shampoo, lotion, and body wash containers were all empty and the lotion provided near the sink was also empty.

The room and staff were great but the elavators did not function properly. Long waits two days in a row because only 2 of the five elavators were working.

I was very happy with my stay. I arrived in town hours before my check in with my baggage and the staff at the hotel got me into my room early. I was very grateful for their efforts.

Quiet and updated room.

You are right in the heart of Uptown. Walking distance to stadium and multiple restaurants. Nice atmosphere for social gatherings. For the price the beds could have been more plush and should have been free parking in the deck, $20-29

Ice machine wasn’t working! No one around when I went to check out!

We had such a great stay at the Sheraton. After a very bad stay at the Westin a few years ago I was a little worried, but it was for nothing. The hotel is so nice, the staff is top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The girl that was working valet on 6/24 around 2pm was so helpful helping us find a place to eat and just so friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. There were 2 gentleman standing outside as well that were so welcoming and friendly. The clerk at the front desk (Latorria maybe) was phenomenal. She was so kind, professional and informative. Our soon had been switched from a king to 2 doubles. I wasn’t going to mention it thinking it would probably be a lot of trouble to switch. She noticed it and switched it back for us. The room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for such a great stay.

Staff are nice but offer no information about services offered unless they are asked. Bodywash dispenser was empty. TV did not work. No breakfast buffet as indicated on website but can order at bar in hotel for about $25 per person. No shuttle except for airport.

Excellent customer service all around from the valet service to the front desk staff.

Everything and everyone was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay! From the valet ,desk rep ,and bartender! Especially ,Yolanda Clark! She's the sweetest Desk Representative that I've ever meet! From checking in to checking out. She was very informative and even gave us some great places to try out during our stay. Congrats to having a wonderful staff! We can't wait to come back

It was beautiful and in close proximity to the BJCC Arena which made it convenient for my family to visit.

i was concerned that the tub was not clean enough, I do not understand how I reserved a room for 2 queens with a major credit card, but once i arrived you all could only give me a king size bed. I was quite dissappointed.

Didn’t have more food choices. Need a buffet

Wry nice hotel

There was leftover food in the fridge left by the previous visitors. There was a glue on finger nail on the floor by the bed. The room was hot and we had to request to lower the temperature. When we asked about extra sheets, we were told that we’d have to come get them. The employees were all nice and helpful
