Very dirty rooms. Asked for a wake up call and did not get it

I booked 2 beds and theyd only allow me 1. I had to sleep on the floor

It was noisy because so close to a busy road

Everything was updated and cozy...

Loved the room it felt comfortable and looked great

The toilet was set so close to the shower door I couldn't set straight on it. I had to sit facing the right side and turned towards the sink with my legs under the vanity. The bed and pillows were horribly cheap quality, heater didn't work well and the hallway had several portable heaters in it.

Desk attendant super nice and welcoming. Nice place to stay.

Hotel newly remodeled but not well done. Our room had a fallen down headboard with wood parts laying on the bed. They promptly gave us another room . Headboard was about to fall off.

My room was more than I expected. Remodeled and very clean. Highly recommend

Staff stated no room was available after confirming I had a reservation. This was after confirming with them over the phone earlier in the day that my reservation was valid.

The person i the lobby with his shoes off rubbing his feet was disgusting. RE: Room 209 The faucet was loose in the bathroom, toilet was hard to flush and the heating unit sounded like it was going to explode every time it started.

good service , clean room and good breakfast . Refrigerator in my room was making buzzing sound but I did not need it so I turned thermostat down to shut it off , watched some TV and fell asleep

Attentive, helpful staff with clean rooms and hot breakfast items in addition to the continental typical offerings.

There is a hole in my bathroom ceiling and when we went to get towels there was no staff and the phone doesn’t work

It was nice room with a comfortable and a nice big shower. The only lacking thing was some cold eggs and sausages for breakfast.

Hi this was a very friendly place ,rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and friendly . The rooms were very quiet and breakfast was great! I will stay again 😊

It was decent for the price. They allow pets which was the huge selling point for us, with a grassy area in the front to walk your dogs. They had a pretty good selection for breakfast. Rooms were clean. Only real complaint was a very strong and overwhelming smell in the hallways. We assume it might have just been food someone ordered or made, so might not even be within the hotel’s control.

First says it is pet friendly but did not inform there was a limit on animals and restrictions on room choose. Had to change rooms to a very small, over used mattress room with tiny pillows. So uncomfortable and crammed.
