Friendly staff and helpful. Close to highway and dining options as well as shopping.

we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by housekeeping even though i went to the check in desk to request more towels after the 1st day of no housekeeping. The lady at the desk made notes in the computer to make sure the room was cleaned the next day. I had to go back to the check in desk the next day and request more towels. very disappointed

Friendly efficient service.

We had a reservation for a king bed. We checked in and the front desk didn’t mention there weren’t any king beds available. We discovered we had a queen when we walked in the room. We went back to the front desk for a change of rooms and we were told there were no king beds left. There was no offer to lower the price or even I’m sorry.

Check in wasn’t an issue. The lady checking me in was patient when I had an issue with my bank card and she even waived the pet fee for my dog after I had to deal with that. However, the next morning I went down to grab some breakfast with my dog, on a leash, and was told my dog wasn’t allowed down there at all, even in the general seating area. This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. My dog weighs all of 11 lbs and doesn’t make a sound or cause any issues. Then while I was taking my dog back to my room, the same hotel employee asked me for my hotel room number. I’m not sure why this is information they need. I was treated poorly for simply having my dog at a pet friendly hotel. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Great hotel, will def stay again. Breakfast was awesome, front desk was super nice and respectful. Beds were nice, plenty of room, which I liked they had a couch and desk.

Easy check in and great room

The room is okay and the price was okay. Staff was friendly. My only real complaint was on a Friday night we stopped by Casey's to get something to drink and they close their doors right at 11:00 p.m. the hotel sold water but they wanted three dollars for a bottle of water. Not saying I wouldn't stay there again but the lack of affordable options close by is definitely a negative

Nice and quiet. Comfy room

We had two rooms reserved for two nights. I reserved both rooms and put my son’s name on one room. He had to do a separate check in and credit card for incidentals and they only had his room reserved for one night. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was limited and frequently out of items.

Our one night stay was relaxing-hotel staff are attentive and professional. Black Bear Diner is right next door. The perfect Hampton experience!
