If you’re staying in sintra, this is the best spot. You walk out and you are right in the middle of the square. Best location. Just make sure you get the QR code for parking or you will be driving in circles.

A great hotel to stay

Loved this hotel. It was in the historic district of Sintra and our room had great views of the mountains and some ruins on the top. Would definitely stay here again

We really loved our stay in Sintra, staff was very helpful and the city itself is magic with all the castles and gardens. Bare in mind that Is it historical center and no supermarkets or pharmacy nearby.

The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center n very convenient if you just want to walk out and have all around you. They also have in front parking which I needed n was very convenient. The staff were very nice, helpful n gave great restaurant suggestions.

Perfect location, very nice staff. They gave us a nice room. The hotel is old and needs some remodeling.

We had a very hard time getting access to the hotel from the main entrance to the hotel. I had to walk in to get the QR codes. The man, older guy, did not seem to car. He said thelat because we booked with a 3rd party we would not get an email with the code. My husband has a heart condition and he walked forever to find the main entrance. The sign on the road points to the parking garage NOT the main entrance. You need to fix that. Crazy bad first impression. Carolina at the reception the next day was very helpful. Maria Quigley

Lovely hotel, nice service, excellent location, great views!

Excellent location at the center of historic Sintra. Room was clean, and our room had a small balcony a perfect spot to sip some espresso to start the day. Highly recommend

I was not able to get to the hotel. The road was closed and had a barricade across it. We spent over 2 hours trying to get to the hotel. We finally gave up and drove north 2 hours to find another hotel.

Great central hotel with parking available.

Excellent hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely deck providing breeze and scenic beauty the restaurant had lovely views of the sunset and a great place for a nightcap or tea. The orovidwd breakfast was a buffet with great variety including gluten free options. They allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout so that we could finish our touring. Would highly recommend.

Location perfect close to everything Clean place Staff very helpful Breakfast I give 2 stars they should work better on the quality and presentation Our room was big and perfect view but the AC WAS NOT WORKING REALLY WE stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and moved out to another hotel I love the place and in the future I would like to go back but I hope they update the place and do more quality food for breakfast
