Dejligt stort og rent værelse. Højt serviceniveau både i reception og rengøring. Ligger fantastisk i forhold til strand og restauranter. Kan varmt anbefales.

Kanonläge vid strandpromenaden. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Man får låna pool/strandlakan samt ihopfällbara sittsolstolar via receptionen. Sido utsikt mot havet. Lite väl små balkonger som kunde varit lite renligare. Pool området mysigt. Frukost ingick i vår vistelse via samarbete med restaurang som hade ingång via lobbyn. Frukost okej men tyvärr upplevs personalen kanske inte så uppmärksam eller särskilt trevliga eller serviceminded.

A great place next to a lovely beach, easy to walk into town for restaurants & nightlife. Really good food, swimming pool & helpful staff. Room was spacious with an amazing view of the beach & patio to sit in. Everything you could want & more.

Close to the beach and many other beaches as well.

The location can’t be beat. We had a room that faced the beach. Very clean. The room was stuffy even with the AC, a ceiling fan would really work and it might drown out the neighbours. The hotel is not very sound proof. But we would stay again, great spot

Great hotel just across the beach. They provide towels and umbrellas to go to the beach. Friendly staff and nice size rooms. We had problems with the AC the first night but it was fixed later

When you pay you get to choose either in euro or aud. They we're trying tomover charge me to thenpoint my bank put a hold on the payment. I than did a bank transfer and it was $200 aud less than if I paid with my card. Theynwere trying to scam me.

Property was very clean and extremely well centered. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. My two negative points are: 1. AC is not maximal at all and point number 2. At the price the hotel per night, a little extra amenities would have been nice like espresso machine etc. Overall though a great stay

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were surprisingly quiet for such a bustling area. Nice option of drinks and snacks in the lobby for purchase.

A nicely placed hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, but not that informative by check-in and you have to find ur own way around and find out when breakfast is served and so. Breakfast is pretty okay, but often the buffet was empty and the servers stressed. So took a while. Room was a good size, a little tired as the rest of the hotel. But very nice beds. It was very warm in the rooms as the aircon can only go down to 27 degrees. Nothing really to say about the pool area other than - it’s there…

Ok hotel. Ligger godt ved strande. Værelse var rigtig godt. Morgenmad rimelig men lidt sløve med at fylde op. Personale i restaurant ofte stresset. Poolområde rimeligt kedeligt og uinteressant Personale i reception var venlige.

On our first visit to Sitges many years ago, we stayed in one of the half a dozen rooms at the front of this lovely hotel that faces the sea directly. We were very happy to return to one of those rooms and had high expectations, which were entirely met. Every night, we fell asleep with the door to the balcony thrown open to the fabulous sound of the unending surf, just as we had remembered. Great breakfasts and all the fine restaurants we visited were 10-12 minutes away on foot. Balmins Beach was just one beach along to the left, over the headland. There were always staff around when you wanted one and they were all friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!

Reception staff especially Alex was very helpful in giving directions.

Loved my stay at this hotel. With the beach at the front of the hotel and a good choice of restaurants around the hotel it is a great location for a Sitges stay. I hope to go back next summer.

Aparcamiento imposible, entrada muy estrecha que no permite la entrada, el AC no enfría suficientemente

Staff are lovely, they are the best thing about the hotel. The room was clean and generally good. The one weights machine in the gym is broken. The breakfast buffet was ok, not great. The worst thing about the hotel was that they limit the air conditioning to a minimum of 27 degrees celsius! So it's practically useless.
