Hotel needs updating. A/c drafty. Rug old and worn in need of replacement. Front desk helpful

The pool could use some staffing. People let their children run wild and in and out pool. We wanted to have a relaxing time at pool but it was over run by kids. Some type of staffing would be nice.

Room was very clean. Property was well maintained and staff were friendly.

While the hotel is nice, we had three people in a room. They didn’t give us enough coffee. They didn’t give us enough wash rags they charged us $15 a day for parking! The waitress in the pub was super nice. We enjoyed her. It was just kind of a letdown.

The property was up to date mostly but still needed removal of old things like “fake “ balconies . Reception desk could use an upgrade but overall I liked the vibe.

Nice hotel

Absolutely horrible room was filthy and so noisy the people in the hallway and in the rooms near by and the ac unit in my room sounded like some thing was stuck in it. Bathroom was disguising and had filth build up all over the shower. Very disappointing and was also hit with a surprise charge for parking and also for the Internet.

Very good place to stay

We arrived later in the evening around 10:15 pm. We called earlier and let the front desk know. When we checked in I asked “What time does the kitchen close?” I was told 10:45pm. We raced to the room tried to order room service. We were told no room service. We raced down stairs to the bar. It was 10:35. We asked for a menu. The bartender said the kitchen is closed. Apparently, the front desk and the kitchen are not in alliance. I spoke with the manager. He called kitchen we were able to get two Caesar salads with grilled chicken. 57.00 for two salads. Tasty but two salads for 57.00???

The outside of the property was beautiful. There are nice areas to take pictures. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and game room was definitely a great time and we loved the

Loved the pond and walking area!

Clean, quick checkin, easy parking, good breakfast options (wish was included).

Nicer than expected.

The room smells a little bit stale. And there were very loud, noisy people in the hallway, even though science posted to keep it quiet after 10 PM.
