ที่จอดรถอยู่ไกลจากโรงแรมพอสมควร ต้องลากกระเป๋า ทางเดินสับสน สภาพห้องเก่า อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำเสีย สบู่มีให้ไม่เพียงพอ แต่ location ดี ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว

I left the hotel room 127 one night early because my stay was 4 nights and I had not received any housekeeping during my stay. Also, my daughter, who was staying in room 226 had broken AC and could not sleep due to too hot a room. Since she was my transportation I left with her. While having a drink at the Tempo bar/restaurant the night before [which is connected to the hotel lobby] we saw mice in the restaurant scurrying around the floor coming out of the kitchen area. Someone told me they had seen a mouse on the 1st floor which was where I was staying. I decided then I would never stay in this hotel again. My room/bed 127 was comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful but the other issues over rode my decision to leave 1 night early. I would not recommend this hotel.

We liked the location for touring Halifax. Parking is a bit of a walk from the parkade through mall and pedway and somehow the ticket I got from the machine was not valid and we had to wait about 10 mins for some parking guy to show up to open the gate when we wanted to exit parkade…parking was free for the first 2 days because of this. The pool was good but saunas were not working and no hot tub. We stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping services are offered for stays shorter than 4 nights. They don’t make beds or anything. If you needed something you could ask Front desk.

Would have liked a continental breakfast included. Restaurant breakfast not that good.

Perfect location, clean nice rooms

Room was spacious and hotel is well located in the downtown core. On site restaurant is great!

Good location is all I have to say positively, advertised city view but no such window, looked at a wall. Old furniture falling apart, the only drawers had mold and dirty rags under the bottom drawer. Didn’t even unpack my suitcase! Old bar fridge on the floor and an old stained threadbare chair. No microwave and an crappy little coffee maker. Place needs major renovation or even replacement for better use of space. Might have a fancy name but I cannot advise people to pay what they’re charging for their rooms!! Pictures are available if one needs proof.

Decent clean rooms, and a great Tempo restaurant and lounge/ bar with amazing staff. The fitness facility is incredibly warm, windows screwed shut, had to talk to manager a couple of times to get the air conditioning on, even then it’s a hard work out… fitness area is also quite dirty, one worn out mat, a very dusty dirty floor,easy to see not regularly cleaned and some days no towels available, despite being in there as soon as it opened and despite bringing this to management’s attention. Also very frustrating is that our key cards needed to be swapped several times as they would cease allowing us room / gym entry, despite not being near our cell phones as management indicated might be the problems. Elevators also not regularly cleaned and smelled bad. We personally would not return, there are many other hotels to look into .

It was was freezing in our room the heat didn’t work we went out and when we got back to our room the floor was full of blue board someone came in our room did maintenance on the heat and didn’t bother cleaning the floor I complained the night manager came up and seen the mess and didnt get anyone to clean up the mess and he told me that he would do something for us in the morning I went down and they wouldn’t do anything about all of our laybacks they said that you guys had to do something about it and I told them that it didn’t have anything to do with you guys it’s them that screwed up and didn’t clean there mess but they still wouldn’t do anything for us I think we should of had our room at no charge worst experience ever will not be back

Rooms are very dated and worn down. Have a musty smell, with no heating/cooling in the rooms, and windows don’t open. Location is good, but getting from the parking garage to the hotel was like navigating a maze.

The rooms are carpet and whatever they use on them choked us up and made our eyes water. The windows do not open to help get rid of the smell. At check out they did not validate my parking.

Check in was quick, front desk staff were friendly. Nice location, would stay again.

Over the stay was okay. For a place downtown Halifax with a decent rating I was underwhelmed. I would stay here again, but would look for other places.
