Schöner Pool, Klima-/Lüftungsanlage sehr laut

We like the accessibility and location. Staff made eye connection when we were booking in. Every important!!!!!! I am sure Celine would remember us. She was the one who checked us in. Friendly, pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean. Grocery store in front of hotel therefore super convenient. Overall I would go back anytime.

Not bad but our first room smelt like cigarette smoke. Wasn’t aware we had to pay for parking.

The check in and staff were excellent and both my room and my sister’s room were very clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and made use of the gym and pool, both of which were also quite decent. I will say, the workout room was quite hot, but other than that, it was a great stay. The hotel is nicely situated and within walking distance of the parliament and Byward Market.

The gym’s AC doesn’t work and it get hot, they’ve had a fan but is not enough. The room’s AC was noisy and wasn’t cooling properly. Always appreciate the complimentary EV charging stations, that’s a big selling point for me.
