Nice and central, but quiet.

Downtown, but hotel itself felt safe and comfortable.

Great service, clean suites and centrally located!

We experienced very rude patrons our first night but the staff and security guards did a great job to make our stay enjoyable.

Only problem I had was I didn’t have a credit card 😞

A mainstay when i travel to Winnipeg however this trip the hotel was incredibly noisy. Drilling into the concrete floor above started at 7 AM and went throughout the day. Brutal.

Gym equipment very old and required maintenace. The suite had an isufficient number blankets for the bed and sofa bed. Even though the suite hada kitchenette, the was no cutlery. In the kitchenette. The coffee machine failed to work. Needto purchase better quality equipment. Although there was a parking garage at the hotel, the hotel charged $17 per day for parking. Very expensive. The benefits received for the cost of the suite did not justify the cost.

Room was recently renovated and clean. Toilet was running, but couldn't tell with the bathroom door closed. Covered parking on site and close to a lot of amenities and event centres.

Front desk receptionist wasn’t the friendliest or most helpful for check in. Next day for checkout with a different person the service was excellent

I have stayed here multiple times. This was the first time we had any complaints. No hot water in our room… was told to just run it for 20 minutes and it should get hot! Also had a parking ticket because our licence plate number was not put in the system correctly after even showing them a picture… they did cover the ticket.

Easy check in. Room was nice and mostly clean. Headboard had hand prints, some crumbs under the chair (which would have been noticed by simply moving the ottoman. Location is great for attending a concert. Downtown Winnipeg is gross but not the hotels fault! Will stay again.

This property is to convenient for attending events at the Canada life Centre. Parking was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower head was detachable! I loves the Dove soaps. The sky walk takes you right to the Canada Life Centre without having to step foot outside. Breakfast on Floor 12 was great with a variety of breakfast options. Definitely will be staying here again!
