Lejos de que es evidente que se encuentran haciendo remodelaciones en el lo y del hotel y ha mucho polvo, el baño de mi habitación estaba muy sucio tenía mojo y hongos en el área de regadera, además encontré. A ellos en los edredones de Mi cama lo que me hizo pásala un tanto mal. Yo regularmente solo Lo uso para dormir y bañarme lo noté hasta la mañana en que me desperté. Cuando viajo a mexicali regularmente me hospedo ahí y nunca había pasado esto

Not enough light at the room, no hot water, no coffee pot at the room

They did not have the type of room I booked available. And person at front desk did not care to make it right for me.

Great customer service but hotel is under renovation and I didn’t like it because looks like a ghost hotel. If I knew I would’ve stay . But everybody was nice and helpful. I got a breakfast for me and my family and was great 👍 thanks .

Spotless room and easy check in. They had a beautiful pool but it was too cold the day we stood to even get in. They also have a restaurant onsite, we didn’t get a chance to eat there but the food looked good.

The hotel is currently under construction in the main lobby so that is something that should be disclosed. The front desk was helpful and accommodating after we needed to change from the original room to something quieter.

Room was ok, the hotel is in construction only one elevator working, it looks like construction zone

1: El hotel está en remodelación 2: llegamos al chek in y nos dijeron que no había cuartos disponibles que tenían unos pero estaban sucios 3: cancelaron mi reservación y nadie quiere decirme que pasa con el diner de la reserva estoy llamando a varios lugares donde me dijeron que lo hiciera y no han podido ayudarme que debo de hacer?

El hotel está en remodelación, desde muy temprano ruidos muy fuertes con las obras. Desayuno muy malo y mal servicio.

TE room was ok no coffe maker no extras to simple price ok, checkin ok, horrible 3 floors close lots a noise is under construcction they need to mention thta before confirm reservation. pool super cold water restaurant omg poor old man back and foward to rooms and around people inn the restaurant we waiting until he came back horrible sevice

Leak on toilet, staff refuses to change our room, because was full the hotel, friends come to same hotel without reservation and have several rooms, personal show up until 1 am to fix the toilet

Since our arrival nobody explain where the restaurant, Pool or elevator were located. Not even a welcome word. They are remodeling the hotel and there is no sign tell you about it or apologizing for any inconvenience. The room has no phone , no site lamps or any reading light, the toilet seat was loose and never fixed. There was no hot water Sunday night. There is none mini bar and no coffee maker available. One night the room key didn’t work . We can’t believe this is an executive hotel and part of Camino Real /Quinta Real standards.

No heat in room. Outside temps in the 40’s. Lots of construction going on and was not notified of this. I have a reservation next Monday on a non refundable offer. I will not be staying there
