Staff is perfect, service is great! Properly amazing. Amenities - more restaurants would be better. Otherwise, is perfect for couples and quiet relaxing stay.

Estuvo fenomenal, solo normar un poco las reglas de la piscina. Habían huéspedes comiendo y tomando en ella, dejándola muy sucia.

it's an okay hotel, very expensive for what it does. all inclusive deals around it are better.

The room was clean, the food was excellent, and the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place had the best service I've ever received by hotel staff. The amenities for kids were lacking; which was the only negative really.

El mejor hotel en Cancún

10/10 every time.

We booked this hotel because we got notice that our other Cancun hotel canceled us due to “safety concerns.” Very odd. But we were in Cuba, and had internet in 5 minute spurts only; so we could not do our usual detailed research. We only found 2 hotels available for our 5 night stay (spring break). Anyway we were stuck. Literally, geographically, and expensively.

Rooms were impeccably clean

The service was impeccable, comparable to the Ritz in Hawaii. Very clean rooms, good water pressure. Lots of thoughtful touches like daily 2L water replacement. Spa was nice, massage was one of the best Swedish massages I’ve ever received. We got a 1 hour complimentary tennis court use. No complaints. We will be back.

This is a spectacular property, representing true luxury and privacy for a 5 star hotel. The staff are the nicest people I have ever met in the industry and the accommodations are excellent. The beach, restaurants and condition of the hotel will want you coming back again and again.

We are coming back, it reminds me of a European hotel and I love everything about it
