great location, wonderful helpful staff, very comfortable room

The hotel was amazing! Clean and comfortable with attentive staff! What really made a huge difference was when our flight got cancelled and we had to go back to the hotel Nils in customer experience was able to get us a room and upgrade us. I would like to say Hugo in customer relations was beyond amazing and helpful the entire length of our stay for the 9 days! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Great location to everything!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, from the perfectly central but calm location in the middle of all the sights- to the remarkably spotless clean rooms with a comfortable layout, a wide variety of accessible amnesties of which it’s easy to order more of and the luxurious bathroom- the only thing to improve is the possibility of a quieter room but this is effortlessly made up for in the amazing facilities consisting of a brilliant pool, gym and sauna. As well as this the staff are remarkably helpful with notably useful advice and handy tips, not to forget how courteous they were. I strongly suggest this accessible hotel to maximise your visit

Otel personeli oldukça güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Özellikle turistik yerlere ulaşım, bilet işlemleri ve öneriler konusunda müşteri hizmetleri çok destek oldu. Odalar son derece temizdi, konumu da oldukça merkezi ve rahattı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
