Parking is inconvenient and room too small . Pillows are not comfortable making back pain

They were great! Polite staff! Very honorable cleaning staff! Found out I lost a close friend that morning and accidentally left a considerable amount of cash out. When I came back at the end of the day it was still there. Room clean and all cash still there! Thank you!!

Updated room with fridge (for personal use, not selling drinks & snacks). Comfortable bed and good desk. Parking isn't great, either a public lot a couple blocks away or valet for which you need to text ahead. Room service has four taxes & fees to add to the already expensive, mediocre food. A $31 bowl of pasta ended up being $47.

Had gone by to see if a room was available and they didn't accept cash so my fiance and I went to the bank to deposit money. We booked the room while walking back to the hotel which came out of my account and to only have them decline my stay due to the lack of a $250 deposit. I don't ever remember paying that much in my past stays at the Westin. I generally know all the staff and enjoy staying there with my fiance. None the less get refunded and slept on the streets with my fiance in the cold. I could have stayed somewhere else and only paid $1 deposit.

The room was nice. Hotel is definitely vintage looking. Though some little things can be improved like cleanliness on countertops in the bathroom and Wi-Fi, my tv keeps cutting off due to it.

I was accused of smoking in my room and charged an outrageous fee. I’ve never smoked a day in my life. Seriously unbelievable!!
