Perfect from start to finish 10/10

I had a great time in Sevilla and the hotel certainly was part of this experience

Room was bright and clean as was the whole hotel. Staff were friendly and roof top terrace with view of the cathedral was lovely

Friendly staff, great location!

L’emplacement idéal, proche des activités touristiques dans un quartier espagnol. Bar et restaurants moins touristiques. La piscine sur le toit très agréable pour une sieste en fin de journée. Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, avec fruits frais, des œufs brouillés excellents, et tout ce qu’on veut.

The room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be at check in this was frustrating and the car park is beyond tight for parking, it was impossible for me to park in the first allocated space. The suite was a good size and had everything we needed, the pool was great with a bar to have some drinks. Didn’t try the breakfast. Would have been more positive if the initial experience was better. Side note that they chased me several times for payment in advance of my booking which I didn’t really like.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of fresh and tasty food. It was very good to have a coffee machine in the room, with new coffee pods each day, and we also enjoyed sitting by the pool. Very enjoyable.

Room was adequate for the duration of our stay. It was very hot in the evening, ac not operational until the summer so we were given a fan.

Staff were a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating when we needed to make bookings for taxis/tours and very hospitable. We would stay again if we were in Seville again.

Super séjour de 4 nuits ! Bien placé et personnel très sympathique

Enjoyed the hotel. We purchased the parking and the breakfast for 18 euros each a day. They were both good. It was a nice walk into the historic centre. The pool would be nice to enjoy in warmer weather. We will be back.

O ar condicionado não é regulável. Ficamos com calor tendo que sempre abrir as janelas. A noite ou você dorme com barulho da rua ou com calor . Outra queixa, o restaurante noturno não funciona a funcionária estava sozinha e não dava conta dos pedidos. Tivemos que comer hambúrguer na rua. As demais coisas ok, confortável e café da manhã muito bom.
