Quick checkin and friendly staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of parking available. Breakfast was hot with a fair selection.

Just stayed one night. Staff were pleasant, room was very clean and breakfast was very good.

Parking lot was not cleared well and icy But my stay was great, staff very friendly, breakfast good and nice to have coffee available all the time

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a variety of choices. I was surprised to see that they had coin operated washer/dryer for public use. The restaurant attached was very convenient. You could access it without having to go outside.

For the price, this was a great stay. Clean, safe and a free hot breakfast.

Staff was friendly, room was clean but we nearly froze in the room. Their heating system worked strangely. It would blow heat for a while then blast cold air until the temperature was well below the setting.They did offer to bring us heaters. The parking lot was very icy and hadn’t been cleared in a while. I would not stay there again especially during cold weather.

Our room had candies on the floor, and chewing gum stuck to the bedside lamp. The hot tub was not very warm and jets ran less then 10min, leaking pipe with a bucket in main hallway. Breakfast had lots of options but the hot eggs and sausage were very very over cooked. We couldnt eat the sausage. I did tell the receptionist about the gum and candies. She seemed unconcerned just said oh really. I didnt bother going any further.

Room, staff and breakfast was good. Wish the pool was open later and the snow in the parking lot needed to be cleared but would definately come back.

Very nice hotel. Clean with a nice modern room. Comfortable bed, and the heating/AC was a quiet one. I had a little trouble regulating the water temperature - it got extremely hot and the breakfast was ok. Coffee good!!

Staff was friendly and handled things well. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was clean.

Beds were to soft and lumpy, carpets were dirty, pool was closed for part of our stay.

My room started leaking all over my bed throughout the night i woke up to a wet bed. There was another leak in front of the bathroom door

Bathroom cleaning needs more attention. Found fingerprints on the mirror and a millipeede in the jet tub

Staff was perfect Rooms were clean Would have liked a plastic laundry bag and some more bathroom amenities like q-tips and liquid soap.

The room was practical and clean. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were great! Didn’t end up trying the breakfast. However, my one complaint is that the vending machines are ridiculous. I bought pop twice. $4 each time. My credit card shows $20 each. My card is set up to text me for all charges which is the only way I would have known so quickly. I spoke to the front desk Who said they don’t control it,the vending company does and gave me the number to call. I called and spoke to the vendor guy who said the amount was simply on hold and should be refunded in the next 24-48 hrs. “Like a gas station”. However, at a gas station, the hold is refunded before I tighten the gas cap. The vending guy then tells me “it’s not me, it’s the bank!” I looked up the vending company based on my credit card statement SH Vending. A google search of them reveals a long list of complaints for overcharges and nonsense “holds” for excessive time. This vendor needs to be removed from an otherwise pleasant hotel.
