El Cid moro and the other Cid hotels are the best places to stay in Mazatlán

The suit was amazing. We had two bathrooms and a huge living room with an amazing view.

Staff support lacking. Rooms and facilities were filthy. Furniture around fifty years old. Mattress like sleeping on the wire springs. Cockroaches climbing up bathroom and kitchenette walls. Pungent smell to all linen and towels. For the costs of staying here not worth it at all.

Most of the staff were excellent. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was as advertised as well. The service agent Vanessa, who checked me in and checked me out provided an outstanding service her care and concern for me and my stay were incredible calling me on many occasions throughout my month day to make sure everything was to my standards is something that I have not experienced in the past

Room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The beach was better than expected. Food choices were very good and the food was good. Bars didn’t open until 10:00 am. Not much for entertainment in the evenings. Rooms were almost too big. Ha. Very nice. Elevators were great. It was nice to have a hot tub by the Adults only pool. The area was very nice and safe. Being able to go to the other resorts was really nice too. Overall, it was a great experience and would go back again.

Very disappointing experience. When purchasing the package, the only options available were “all-inclusive” or “not all-inclusive.” However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that we had not paid for the “all inclusive elite” plan, which was never clearly explained during booking. On top of that, the room advertised as ocean view turned out to be only a partial ocean view, which felt misleading. Cleanliness was also an issue — we found a cockroach in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point. The food was terrible, honestly almost inedible. The quality was extremely inconsistent: one day the buffet food tasted decent, and the next day it was completely off, making it hard to trust. In fact, the buffet is not reliable at all. I even got food poisoning from the drinks, which were awful, and I had to take antibiotics. After speaking with other guests, another woman mentioned she also got sick, but from the buffet food. The drinks were horrible overall, poorly made and clearly low quality. The only positive thing about this hotel was the pool, which was nice and well maintained. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Poor food quality, misleading information, cleanliness issues, and health concerns made this stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend it.

Excelente trato, la estancia con ustedes fue muy satisfactoria y agradable sin duda volveremos. Baños limpios, comida rica, habitaciones limpias, todo muy agradable

El hotel en general está deteriorado pero la habitación que nos tocó tenía problemas también en la regadera, las almohadas súper duras, no descansábamos en la noche. El buffet no era muy bueno.

El personal del hotel no te ayuda mucho cuando quieres hacer reservas para los restaurantes nunca hay disponibilidad y tienes que comer donde te toca aunque no quieras eso además no te dejan ordenar muchas cosa en los restaurantes y los meseros son malhumorado, cuando llama a servicio de la habitación muchas de las recepcionistas son groseras y no te quieren ayudar como si te estuvieran regalando las cosas no lo recomiendo en general

Clean rooms

There was a mix up with one of the three king rooms we booked. Fortunately they offered a penthouse 2 bedroom & 2 bath suite for our adult sons. The service around the pools was excellent and we enjoyed all the specialty dinners.
