This hotel was the worst nightmare. Banging doors all through out the night, you can hear the noise, moving furnitures upstairs at 3am. We checked in at 1am. Asked the front seat staff whom seemed like had no energy and had given up on the guest as you can hear him answer the calls and the way he was conversing with with other guest as well, as if he didn’t care about any of the inconvenience the noise the smoking, this hotel was just terrible. It was a nightmare. We had zero sleep, and checked out way early as this place felt very unsafe.

STAY AWAY from this hotel. Lost a laptop bag with cash and passport from a locked room.

I got no sleep as next door unit was having party and smoking pot or huka. Asked attending guy 4 times to deal with and no result . Not likley to return

Did not enjoy, originally checked in we got into the room and there was old food in the fridge and the garbage was full. Obv wasnt cleaned after last use. Couldnt figure out the tv, asked about it then left for the day, got back to room still wasnt working. Asked reception said it would have to be fixed fhe next day. Couch was very dirty, walls were dirty

I wanted to take a moment to express how disappointed I was and staying at this hotel first the hotel was in a very bad neighborhood and very rundown. When I arrived at the hotel there were cops cuffing people leaving the hotel second, I wanted to bring up that the cleanliness of the rooms in a non-smoking room, it smelt like pure smoke and very low maintained. There was mold growing on the curtains and on the shower And inside the bathroom, I felt very sick staying in this hotel room and I would not recommend and thoroughly this area is very dangerous if you are staying in this location, please be very cautious when staying here.

Bugs, No clean sheets Outlets did not work properly Got two rooms and rooms were not conjoined as requested. Toilet did not flush

El servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones por instrucciones del dueño no las limpian todos los días a pesar que el servicio está incluido. Tuve la experiencia de el primer dia en la mañana salí temprano y a mi regreso alrededor de las 3:30pm entro a mi habitación y no estaba limpia. En el front desk me dijo la empleada que lo sentía pero que como yo no había pedido el servicio así se iba a quedar, pedí hablar con el encargado del hotel para que en ese momento me explicara de por qué rehúsan la limpieza. Después de haberme hecho pasar ese momento incómodo housekeeping envió a una maid a limpiarlo después de una hora! Lo que me di cuenta en sus letreros de no molestar para la puerta por ambos lados dice lo mismo a diferencia de otros hoteles que del lado anterior siempre dicen limpia mi habitación. Pero ovio que yo no dejé el letrero puesto para hacer la solicitud como en otros hoteles. El hotel creo que requiere de más personal.

The breakfast did not have many options, yogurt and a waffle. The air conditioning in the room did not work well however the staff was great and the room was clean.

Staff at front desk couldn't supply anything. Kept saying housekeeping will handle that next day but they didn't. I couldn't get an ice bucked (need housekeeping for that. Never able to get anyone to empty my trash cans or replace wet towels. Asked multiple times. Returned after 8 hours one day and still no dry towels or trash emptied and housekeeping was gone so front desk couldn't help.

Stop at this hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel is the highway would make which made it very easy to get to Seattle or Tacoma. I will be staying here again in the future
