Amazing Hotel

Nothing specifically!

We stayed just one night to attend the Dave Koz concert and wished we would have stayed additional nights. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and quickly checked us in so that we could start enjoying our short getaway. The rooms were clean and adequate and we really enjoyed our balcony that overlooked the harbor.

We enjoyed our trip to the bay club. The room was clean, balcony views were lovely, and the staff we encountered at the desk and restaurant were all friendly and professional. Not only does it have great views, but we enjoyed the walking trail along shelter island and how continently located bay club was to the airport and other areas of interest.

The hotel was well appointed. We enjoyed the patio restaurant and bar at happy hour! Worth visiting. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. The patio off our room was a nice addition even if the view wasn’t great. We love being able to just cross the street and walk along the waterfront. Even brought our breakfast to a picnic table there!

I was sick with covid and contacted the hotel to ask if i could switch days because i would not make my trip and they said i would not get a refund or be able to switch days then told me hope you feel better and we look forward to seeing you when your not sick. I have worked at a few hotels and they could have at least switched check in days for me but they never considered it. Lots of nice hotels i can choose from in the future. And i almost forgot i received a email supposedly from the hotel GM asking me how my stay was and to review my stay. Well here is your review.. Maybe they should double check before sending me manufactured email from a GM who has no idea who i am and didnt know i never checked in.

We like the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, especially check in desk, staff,Cesar & Miriam in dinning. Our maid service was excellent. They were attentive. Our room was a little tired but clean. Room could use some upgrading. Our room could use new carpeting or flooring. Shower drain was very slow draining. In the dining category, the food choices and prices were excellent.

We have stayed at this property before the management change and much of the interior has been recently updated. My only dislike is that now there is a charge for parking. 😒

We had a room that had a balcony over the marina and it was a lovely view. We could also hear Jackson Browne warming up at the venue next-door, which was a real treat. The dining area /bar area was bright with lots of windows and very welcoming appearance.

Location is great with the beach across the street. AC unit in our room was not working properly, and made a noise like a waterful when we were out on the balcony. On a strange note, our friends were staying a night there and had security called on them when they walked in. Apparently this was just a misunderstanding, but my friend was not happy about it.

Very convenient to Humphreys to see the concert. Kind and helpful staff.

The view from our room and the pool area is very pretty. The hotel is clean and the majority of the staff was friendly. The only thing was the early check in. When I inquired about checking in to our room a couple of hours early I was told that there were four rooms readily available. I was then charged a $75.00 fee for early check in - for a room that was already vacant and available. Good thing is the last night I mentioned it to a manager and he reversed the charges.I guess I need to understand the reasoning behind charging an extra $75.00 for a room that is prepaid and readily available…? Other than that it was a nice stay. Also - Miriam, our server, is a total sweetheart!
