Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast

The room was dustless, staff were very nice helpful, and the breakfast buffet was worth it. Cons: water in public onsen had plenty of dead skin and pubic hair floating at 10pm. Hope it had an auto filter option.

部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

とても快適に過ごせました。

Overall, the hotel is rated as excellent. If I have an opportunity to visit Okinawa, I will definitely choose to book the same hotel again.

ホテルスタッフの接客がとても親切で感じが良かったです。 設備は少々歴史を感じますが、清潔感はあり利用して良かったと思います。 ただ、和食レストランで朝食をとった時、石垣の様なインテリアがテーブルより出っ張っていて足をぶつけて、爪を割ってしまいました。 その時には直接指摘はしませんでしたが、他の方がケガをしない様に、注意喚起があるといいと思いました。

hot bath was closed. inconvenient especially for ladies to take bath after men starting at 9 am

2泊しました。 部屋は広々していて海も見えて快適に過ごせました。 朝食ブッフェは今回和食のみ利用しましたが、沖縄っぽいメニューが多く美味しかったです！ 1回夕食に中華レストランを利用しました。 コース以外で単品を頂きましたが、チャーハンも担々麺も美味しかったです。 ホテル周辺には居酒屋やコンビニなどもあり 、レンタカーのない私達でも困りませんでした。

The rooms were clean and quite large. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The bus stops were within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything was great except the lighting in the room too dark to read a book.

フロントの方は親切でした。レストランが高くて利用しにくく、ラウンジを使ったが、食事は17時までなので不便だった。

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and actually spacious, bathrooms were small but ok. I liked that there were two sinks (one outside the bathroom) because we had three people in the room. The additional bed that was in the room was very squeaky so everytime I moved or got out of bed in the middle of the night, it woke up everybody. Food at the downstairs restaurant was good with lots of varieties to choose from. I liked that there was a store on the 2nd floor (lobby floor) with lots of cute items and prices were not bad at all.

駐車場で逆走車両(外国人)で不快な経験をしました。もう少し路面の走行案内の引き直しか案内板があると狭い空間ですから改良していただきたいです

처음 받은 방 벽과 천정에 곰팡이가 있었어요. 얘기하니까 바로 방을 바꾸어 주셨습니다. 그렿지만 직원들은 친절함을 넘어 헌신적이기까지 해서 감동을 받았습니다.

朝食、コーヒーショップ、夕食などレストランが良かった。また、プールは使っていないが、気持ちよさそうであった。ただ、居室が暗すぎて何もできない点（本も読めない）が大変困った。

宜野湾の老舗ホテル。スタッフがフレンドリーなのはもちろん、那覇市内から近いのにこのお外のプールのリゾート感は魅力です。お部屋の多くはリノベーション済み。朝食ブッフェも２カ所のレストランから選べて(私は絶対「あんのん」推し)混雑を避けられます。
