Worst experience at a hotel! Biggest issue: cleanliness and maintenance. The outdoor amenities are decent, the pool area and bar. It seems they’ve attempted to “renovate” the rooms, but didn’t quite succeed at it. The bathroom was gross, the refrigerator had black particles in the ice, and the pack and play/crib they brought was filthy all full of stains. We asked for a second one, and it was even worse. The cushion/mat had old urine stains, probably from prior children. We could most definitely not have our baby sleep in that crib!!! We decided to leave the hotel the same day we checked in. The front desk person agreed to issue a refund for the remaining nights and never did it. We’re still waiting on it, and when we reached out to Hotels.com about it, they are now saying that the hotel is refusing to give the refund! I don’t know how this hotel has good reviews. HORRIBLE!!! Don’t believe the good reviews. It’s a scam!

The atmosphere, the staff, the ammenities and the property were great. Loved the stay and the hotel breakfast was fabulous.

No maid service, breakfast was good

Upon checking we met Lue. LUE IS AWESOME!!!! The place has a wonderful lazy river. The rooms are retro . Felt like I was in the 60’s. Overall a cozy place and a wonderful experience.

Excellent stay

The hotel was okay. The high reviews had me expecting more. Last minute trip and I got a good rate but wasn't impressed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Located near lots of restaurants and stores. Short walk to the beach. The lazy river was fun but the area around the pool was dirty: a good power wash is needed. The pool itself was also dirty with mulch and other small pieces of debris, maybe from rain the night before. Some of the pool benches need changing or cleaning; they had way more benches than umbrellas! It was a stalking game for umbrellas since it was so hot! The rooms are ok. When we first walked in there was an odd smell unwelcoming smell maybe coming from the bathroom. It went away after some time. We were on the ground floor. No hangers or irons. At least it was a decent place to rest our heads.

Great place for kids.

One night, our family stayed here before going on a cruise the next day. The location was perfect for accessing the port, and the shuttle service was a big plus. Breakfast was great — we loved it!

The hotel offers a lot of activities for the kids. The lazy river pool, movie night by the pool. Breakfast was great. The only reason for the 3 stars are the rooms, they need to be renovated.

Great pool and breakfast. I will return here in the future. Family friendly with poolside movie.

It’s was a affordable place in a good area for families

The property is well maintained, less than a block from the ocean, with a beautiful lazy river. We loved watching movies in the evening while floating!

Nice place with pool and close to the beach

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff is incredibly helpful, they have a ton of toys, and tubes for their amazing pool. The outdoor movies were so fun, the food was incredible and I didn’t see any wasps or hornets or any other insects! Which I was worried about. All around a fabulous place with easy beach access! We plan on staying here next year!

Nice big room and could see the ocean from the top floor on both sides The air conditioning worked great Liked the lazy pool and the bar and breakfast wasn’t bad
