we checked in on 31/08/24 at 10:00 am, the receptionist that greeted us was excellent. The location of the hotel is amazing. But the hotel is very old. the condition of the room is not great. There are dusts on the walls. the bedding was poor, there are hole in the middle of the mattress. The pillows are also very old that you feel a lump inside them. The skirt around the bed is coming off and nothing is there to cover the nails. I got scratched by two nails getting down from the bed. It’s partly on me but I also believe that the hotel should take precautions and regularly checks their rooms to see if it’s functioning properly or not. The bath is slippery yet they do not provide non-slip mat. also not impressed by the other staffs: not attentive, not helpful, and never say sorry when they got something wrong-try to gaslight me into feeling like I did something wrong (for the example, never inform the housekeeping staff that we are staying until the 11st, the housekeeping staff keep insisting in French that we need to have our room ready for check out. So when we went to talk to one of the receptionist, she was going to check us out.. without checking her documents-after checking them, she suddenly acted like she told the staff already, and looked confused why are we having problems.)

The location speaks for itself. It’s close to all first time Paris visitors attractions and walking distance to metro stations. Great selection of cafe and restaurants close by as well.

This is a quirky hotel with a saloon door type bathroom door, which we found awkward and cumbersome. However, it's very conveniently located to the Museum D'Orsay and The Louvre. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The beds are excellent.

Excellent location, helpful staff, smaller rooms, but expected given their location.

The room was apparently clean, but the well-worn shag carpet creates the impression that the room is dirty. There was no obvious uncleanliness, but the room shows lots of signs of wear, the atmosphere is dark, and the amenities are the bare minimum. No bellman to help transport luggage to the room. I thought breakfast was included, but no. So rather than spend over 40 euros at the hotel we went on a short walk and found a place for a lttie less. I wouldn't go back. The price here was too high (on Expedia) and I found another better-rated hotel nearby for over 100 euros less, but, alas, this booking was non-refundable.

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. De ordnade genast ett nytt superfint rum när vi inte var nöjda med det rum som vi fick vid incheckningen. Mycket bra läge i Paris. Kreativ inredning. Bra frukost.

Lovely artsy boutique hotel fabulously located next to the Musee D'Orsay. I will stay here again.

A lot of ant and mosquitoes in room 2 where is located outside at courtyard Toilets smell stinky Tide floor never been mob I thought that why my feet got so dirty.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is 20E/person, so easier to go down the street. Rooms are small but typical European size.

Very well located, near bus stops, metro and museum.

Mycket trevligt personal, hjälpsamma. Tyst och bra sängar. Ett minus att badkaret är i rummet. Annars toppen!

Great location. Smart safe area near the Louvre, Notre Dane and Tuileries Gardens. Close to the Seine which was great. Room small but decor cute. Polite staff.

Great location. Can get to everything from here. Many transportation options. Lovely old hotel. Lovely room yet small by US standards. We didn't spend much time except to sleep and shower so worked for us. Bar and bartender were great, loved the outdoor courtyard for snacks and drinks. Front desk staff warm and very helpful.
