Hotel is old and run down, in need of serious upgrades. Only booked here as my child’s team was staying there. Room had no phone, a small kitchen table as a side table for a bed and a chair that looked like it was from a garage sale. It was an accessible room for my wife yet the bed was way higher than a normal bed so made things difficult. They offered a stool but it was in adequate. Carpet in pool area and hotel super old, flooring in room old and shower doesn’t drain properly. Would never stay willingly again.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Nothing super special about the hotel except the staff which again were good. Good price point.

Limited and small pillows in the bedroom. Volume on tv’s was very quiet even at max. Front desk and house keeping never picked up. The general property was dilapidated, ripped carpet, holes and patches on the walls. Would not come back.

The place is under construction so hopefully after they're done there are improvements. The room had no working air conditioning and the main lamp had a broken switch so you couldn't turn it on. The only thing they served at breakfast was slimy eggs, lumpy oatmeal pancakes and cold cereal. I'm sure they're doing their best with what they have to work with, but it's definitely a lower quality hotel.

The room itself was clean with no smell.

Staff were great. Rooms not to much. Hotels need a good updating.

The room is clean, the staffs really nice

The carpet in our room is looks old and dirty, I think they need to replace that. The thing I loved is the salt water pool surrounded by the trees and plants.

Very caring staff, informative and polite. Rooms were clean and very quiet stay. I will definitely come back next August.

The air conditioning is not working we phone the reception numerous time they could able to fix and no other room area available?????

Front desk staff upon check in was great. We ate at the little restaurant there that night it was also good. The pictures on the website of the pool were misleading however although smaller than it appears it was a nice pool, very busy, lots of kids( I counted 22). Sadly that’s where the good times ended. The hotel is in need of major work both inside and out. The staircase smelled like my grandmas house from the 60’s and has probably not been cleaned since then. The elevator fits maybe two people and was absolutely filthy which is how we came to discover the smell in the stairwell. Our room was dirty, carpets definitely not vaccumed, the tv didn’t work either. I don’t recommend hanging around outside the hotel after dark as they’re was a lot of homeless folks that appeared out of nowhere to go through the garbages and ashtrays. We did see construction workers however we did not see what they were doing but we certainly heard them stomping around above us at 7:30am. Would never stay there again especially as it was almost $200.00 for the night.

Well the rooms on Expedia were recently renovated rooms the room we received was smaller than expected with no closet or dresser space at all. The bedroom barely had room to get to far side of bed with only one nightstand. Very few outlets or usb ports. Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating which made up for a lot of the shortfalls but the pictures of rooms were misleading.

The room was clean and the hotel itself was amazing. The elevator was a little sketchy. It makes a lot of noise and was cramped. It needed to be cleaned but other than that everything was amazing

The room we stayed in (I’m assuming it was one of the rooms that hadn’t been renovated yet) was terrible. Other parents on the ball team we were with commented “we’ve seen worse” but my god I hope they didn’t. The carpet was stained, the walls and doors were dirty, the sheets didn’t fit properly on the bed and kept coming off, and the stairwell smelled like 1981. I wanted to check out early, sleep in my vehicle and just eat the $180 we spent to spend the night. The front desk staff were arguing with each other about the breakfast tickets you had to get each morning at the front desk. I will say though that the front desk staff were very understanding about a terrible nosebleed my son had during the night.

Stayed there when our kids were young (90’s). So glad they are renovating.

Stayed here two relaxing nights. Great tasting breakfast in the mornings. Pool area had a great warm hot tub. Inside the pool was very relaxing with their salt water system. Kept floating for awhile. Nice to see the skylights above. Used the fitness facility. It was good also. One machine is still to be repaired. However it was still good. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice also to be close to Rotary Park area for a picnic.

In general was a very good stay

The ladies at the front desk were happy & helpful! Marguarite was esp sweet & funny about the walk about to the other side of the hotel & where the elevator was over there - all good once you went once. The pool area was amazing but so many children, so couldn't use it or the hot tub
