The room we were given was in unacceptable condition. The rug was filthy, the furniture was old and beaten up, and the amount of dust behind the bed was atrocious—I discovered this when my charger fell. The room appeared unclean and poorly maintained overall.
Additionally, we were surprised to learn there was no complimentary breakfast, despite the impression that it was included. We were charged $16.95 per person instead. The lobby store was also nearly empty, with no snacks or essentials available for purchase.
We booked and paid for two nights but only stayed for one, leaving by 2:30 p.m. the next day after my daughter’s soccer game was canceled due to weather. At the time we left, our room had still not been cleaned, which further confirmed the poor service.
