The room is quite small comparing to the price we paid. Housekeeping require to improve their services. They are not doing their job as they supposed to do it. The hotel facility is not acceptable as 4 stars hotel.

La habitación es demasiado chica

We had an excellent stay at Mercure Paris Notre Dame Saint Germain des Prés. The location is perfect—central, walkable, and close to Notre Dame, Saint-Germain, cafés, restaurants, and transportation. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small for two people, but that is expected in central Paris and was not a problem since we mostly used it for sleeping and resting. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff on every level were great Hotel is small but cosy

VERY SMALL CRAMPED ROOM. Only 6 inches from the end of bed to wall. Very claustrophobic. No functional place to set up a laptop. We attempted to move to a bigger room, but it turns out all the rooms are small and cramped. There are no drawers for storing clothes and very limited space for hanging them up. I had to leave suitcases in the small entry hall and step over them to exit the room. The photos on their site and Hotels.com were very deceiving.

Et lite hotell med veldig små rom. Renholdet var bra, men rommene hadde vegg til vegg tepper, noe som er lite sjarmerende. Du tråkker rett inn på teppet, der det også er toalettdør, så når du tar av deg skorne går du med sokker på samme stedet som du akkurat kom inn på med sko.. Det var sykkelparkering utenfor, og om natta var det et forferdelig bråk når det kom biler og satte de på plass igjen.

L’accueil était bien , la chambre aussi ainsi que la salle de bain, l’hôtel est bien situé près des transports publics ,,, seul bémol d’être réveillé à 8h pour faire la chambre

Very small rooms, but staff were pleasant and helpful. A few blocks off main road and lots of shops and restaurants.

Service was very good and location worked very well also by public transport from the CDG.

Small rooms, decor ok but functionality of bathroom questionable as shower flooded in small space. Staff fabulous and very attentive (couldn’t fault them at all for service with a smile).

Great location but thei room was had as a “prestige” room was really small. I get that they are old buildings with odd layout but when you can’t quite go around the bed, you know that there s a layout problem. Very friendly and helpful staff otherwise
