The best hotel gym in Tallinn (believe me, I have tried them all). Good breakfast, a nice coffeeshop attached to the hotel reception. Some of the rooms a bit dated but overall good value for money.

Good for the money it costs. Breakfast is good.

The staff were very attentive and spoke flawless English. The breakfast was excellwnt with great selections of breads and smoked fish. The location was perfect for walking to the old town.

Overall good experience staying here, only had one member of staff in the bar that was not friendly, which was a shame

Déception: - Baignoire salle deja signalé à l’arrivée à la reception mais rien n’a été fait le lendemain, - mur de la chambre salle - chambre mal insonorisée : on entend l’eau coulée des chambres voisines, - Spa : l acces au Spa non présicé lors de la réservation. Ayant une chambre standard : l acces était réservé uniquement entre 07:00 am et 11:00 am. Autrment , il fallait payer 15 euros. Pourtant, j’ai envoyé un mail à l’hotel. Personne n’a daigné répondre. Donc, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel. Je prendrai les Radisson 5 etoiles mais pas

Très bon hôtel bien situé, cependant il y’avait un problème d’eau durant mon séjour on ne pouvait pas tirer la chasse d’eau aux toilettes

I stayed 2 nights for business purpose. I arrived late the first night to do the checking. It last for ever. Second day, I came back from work and the room had not be done. I called the reception, no answer. Went downstairs and had to wait 10 minutes to hear i should have hung the green card. No hotel in the world does this. No more cleaning people so the room stayed like this. The commune installations are dated, especially the corridors with the carpet. The restaurant is not very nice, no one to attend on you, I left without anyone asking me if I wanted a dessert. Overall I will not go back and do not recommend the place.

Huone siisti, tilava ja hyvässä kunnossa. Ainoa miinuspuoli että sijainti hieman syrjässä kauppakeskuksista ja ravintoloista.

Todella hieno ja siisti hotelli. Upeat maisemat. Kyllä täällä viihtyy! Olen käynyt jo useasti. Erinomainen palvelu.

Overpriced, you could tell it’s been there for i wile. It was clean but old. As a gold member I was supposed to get some small extra things but there was nothing of that…. Rooms was ok but nothing spectacular. I was suppose to have a batch tub but there wasn’t. Been to Tallinn many times and stayed in many different hotels. This was not the best and way to expensive for what I got.

Junior sviitti ilmastoinnista huolimatta kuuma ku mikä ja ei jäähtynyt ja käytävät vieläkin kuumempia. 1 pikku allas vaikka kylpylänä mainostavat... Käytävän matot jo vähän nuhjaantuneita ja likaisia. Jos jotain hyvää niin palvelu...

The hotel is overall very nice and comfortable, but the bathroom in our room was cramped and very badly designed. For example the wet towel when hang to dry hangs over you if you use the toilet. Also, for a person who's 185cm tall a bathroom with a bathtub is a no no. While showering you keep hitting the ceiling while washing your hair. The room was nice and the AC in the room very efficient. Beds were nice and soft and our toddler had a nice baby crib. We stayed in the hotel during summer heat and probably due to the green label, they didn't have the AC on in common areas which made the trip from room to outdoors really uncomfortable (at least for a pregnant woman). The hotel breakfast had a good spread and the staff exceeded expectations.
