All elements pertaining to the hotel were fine, Staff, Room, Parking. Only issue was the hardness of the beds.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay. Area was a little short of restaurants but the hotel bar was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at AZZ Mérida Medea. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the beautiful historic city of Mérida. The room was big, comfortable, and clean, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel and a very pleasant place to stay when visiting Mérida. I would happily stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel is just in side the city limits which is very convenient for travelers and right next to a Carrefour shopping center with a gas station. There are bus stops near the hotel which go through city center with stops near the scenic areas.

Las habitaciones son extraordinarias, limpias, amplias y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días lindísimos!!

Desayuno cortito, colchon durisimo

Para ser un 4* es bastante mejorable. Para empezar la cama de matrimonio no está sujeta a disponibilidad, sino que conlleva un gasto de 25€ por día. Las habitaciones son bastante “normales” y los “amenities” muy mejorables por no decir inexistentes pero bajo petición. Servicio agradable y desayuno aceptable para un 4*. El hotel cuenta con sauna pero estaba rota. El parking 10€, no está mal, pero puedes aparcar fuera de manera gratuita sin problema.
