The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. This said, the room felt over crowned with furniture. We were disappointed that there was only one nightstand so one of us was not able to sleep with our CPAP.

The hotel is situation in a very convenient location. Staff were very responsive to any requests made

I was given a room at the second floor where I had a problem in the shower room as tha thing that you pull up to start the shower was so tight to pull up so i had to ask the housekeeper to help me pull it up,reported it to the front desk that morning but when i came back it wasnt fix

Didn’t get breakfast

The pet policy sucks we were not to leave our pet alone. A few years back different management I am sure we brought our dogs a few times and no problems with us leaving a few hours . Plus I paid $20 a night on top of the price of the room . Neighbors were loud we could hear the whole conversations . Miss the free breakfast too

Clean rooms and hallways, staff was excellent, lots of amenities close, one thing they can approve on is more staircases

Room and inside hotel was clean and fine the parking lot was very dirty back is terrible… they need to definitely do Come exterior work.. to make it feel better. Staff were great and room was as well. Was nice with patio doors in the ground floor for our service dog.
