Clean room satisfaction helpful staff

In major need of repairs and many homeless near by. Staff not friendly at all

I love how it is accessible to everything! Cozy room and welcoming staffs. Will definitely come back!

Staff friendly clean room amazing hotel

There is no elevator at the hotel. We were on the second floor. I have difficulty climbing stairs and my husband is nearly 80 and he carried our suitcases upstairs. When I opened the door of the room, there was a heavy smell of smoke, cigarette not wildfire. My husband went downstairs to reception. The receptionist who was lovely, came to our room with a spray. She too could smell the smoke. She asked us if we wanted to change rooms. We said yes please. Lucky for us, a cancellation had taken place and there was a room on the first floor. Breakfast was excellent!

Upon arrival we found security in the lobby and everyone was looking quite tense. We also had a random man who kept walking by our door in the first room;which was concerning as we were three women. Our first room, which had some random staining in the floor, curtains and in the bathroom near the light, had a door that did not lock upon trying to leave. The woman at front desk tried to call for assistance but no one was able to come to repair it. The next room we were moved to had a strong smoke/cannabis odour and a hole in the wall noted behind the door to the room. The bedside table between the beds looked like it was from a grade 8 shop class. The toilet also ran for a very long time after flushing.

Great for solo travelling/anyone travelling for work, close to airport and easy to find

I was not given the room I paid for and was charged extra for a different room. I was there for medical reasons but will make different arrangements next time for sure! I will not stay there again!

Very disappointing stay. There were a lot of drunk people making noise all night, so we couldn’t sleep at all. The hotel felt loud and unsafe, and we were honestly worried about leaving our car in the parking lot. The property was also very dirty, and overall the price was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean room and great breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious, the check in and out was easy and quick however the breakfast was there and convenient but the sunny side up eggs were overcooked and dry. There were not to many options and I believe the kitchen staff could be more careful when they prepare the food.

It was decent but not a clean hotel.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7 so we could not partake. 6 am would be preferred considering proximity to airport. Hotel was overpriced for lack of amenities and uncomfortable beds.

It looked like the property was housing homeless individuals. Just getting through the front door, I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke, with people smoking and drinking alcohol right outside the entrance. There was quite a bit of noise throughout the night, making it difficult to relax and sleep. Seeing three security personnel on site made me feel very uneasy, as it gave the impression that there were ongoing safety or security concerns.

Clean room staff is friendly easy parking

The linens on the beds were very clean ! And the bathroom and towels were very clean! Or we wouldn’t have stayed, but it was very late when we checked in, and we were tired! Floors were rug and very run down, worn, dirty in hallways. Also no elevator , just around 15 stairs to second floor where our room was. We were not to,ld that when we booked! We are elderly.

Room was ok , old carpet needs to go, lamp shade broken hanging off light! Saw security guards.. makes you a bit uncomfortable ..
