Clean, spacious room. Desk staff were friendly and professional.

Room was in good condition. A bit surprised that there was no glass of paper cup in the room to get a drink of water or brush my teeth. Also try eating cereal out of a small bowl with a wooden teaspoon. A couple of hot breakfast choices would be nice as well. Staff were courteous.

Reception staff — Vidit, Abhishek, and Imran Khan — were great, and the room was clean. However, the AC/heater was extremely loud when it turned on and kept waking us up each time it started. The mattress was also very squeaky, so any time we moved or got in and out of bed, it made noise. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep because of this.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. For the continental breakfast - items should have been replenished regularly. Breakfast started at 6:00 am and was going until 10. When we arrived around 9:00, things were getting rather sparse in the food department - fresh fruit, breads, bagel choices, juices. There is a reason for the commercial “should have checked Trivago”. I should have because 299.00 plus taxes was way too much to pay for a place that had no pool, hot tub, or exercise space. But I had already booked it and could not cancel but TRIVAGO certainly had some much better deals.

Room was clean, and nicley updated. Breakfast was exactly what youd expect from a continental offering and the coffee was great! All the staff was kind and full of smiles. I wouldnt hesitate to book again

Clean rooms and common areas.

The hotel and room were clean. First time staying at a Spark branded hotel. The challenge with the room was the air leak around the a/c / heat unit. The floor was uncomfortably cold and even when adjusting the fan to “automatic”, the unit was heating almost continuously. The unit was quite loud. If the air leak were to be corrected, the electrical cost would be lower and the guest would get an undisturbed sleep.

Room was clean but small. Beds very comfortable. Staff could be more friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. They ran out of plates. Really? Cold eggs. Wouldn’t stay there again. Glad we got a cheaper rate.

The hotel is great. The guests aren’t. My floor was full of children yelling, screaming, slamming doors, obnoxious knocking etc. This behaviour continued until 12:00am. Hotel staff asked guests to settle down numerous times. It was a clear failure in parenting.

The room and bathroom were spotless and the interior decoration was excellent. Despite having only two floors, this hotel is the classical definition of Premium Economy. Kudos to Hilton for setting this up so well.

Stayed here last minute when it was bad weather getting off the Go Train. Was hesitant at first based on the outside, but upon walking in it had been mostly recently renovated. Rooms were on the smaller side but had everything you’d need for a comfortable overnight stay. Room was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The included breakfast had lots of options of food, snacks and drinks, and staff were attentive and regularly keeping it stocked. 24/7 coffee and tea in lobby was nice as well!

This rebranded and refurbished hotel is an excellent place to stay. Rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a variety of quality nutritious items.All in all great value for money.
